Effects Of Different Combined Fertilization On Seedling Quality Of Three Species In Caragana Fabr.

Caragana Fabr is Leguminosae shrub,because of its resistance to drought and barren lands,some of which generally as a wind and sand and urban landscape.C.pumila,C.acanthophylla and C.roborovskyi are plants of Caragana Fabr in Xinjiang,has not yet seen the application,in this study,we analyzed the growth and physiological characteristics of three species of Caragana Fabr in Dong Da liang and Bo Hu county under different fertilization conditions,to select the appropriate ratio of fertilization.In order to provide technical support for three species of Caragana Fabr at seedling management measures,and to provide basic information for the promotion of three wild germplasm application.Experiment results show that all fertilization treatments can promote the growth of Caragana Fabr.seedlings,compared with the control.Seedling growth vigor,biomass,chlorophyll content and other indicators were significantly improved,but the best fertilization treatment of different types of different areas is different.The different combined fertilization experiments of three species in Caragana Fabr in Dong Da liang area of Urumqi showed that,The most suitable treatment of C.pumila is No.3 fertilizer(N,P,K = 1: 1: 1),more suitable treatment is No.1 fertilizer(N,P,K = 3: 3: 2);The most suitable treatment of C.acanthophylla is No.2 fertilizer(N,P,K = 6: 3: 2),more suitable treatment is No.4 fertilizer(N,P,K = 2: 1: 1);The most suitable treatment of C.oborovskyi is No.3 fertilizer(N,P,K = 1: 1: 1),more suitable treatment is No.4 fertilizer(N,P,K = 2: 1: 1).The different combined fertilization experiments of three species in Caragana Fabr.in Bo Hu county of Ba Zhou area showed that,The most suitable treatment of C.pumila is No.1 fertilizer(N,P,K = 3: 3: 2),more suitable treatment is No.2 fertilizer(N,P,K = 6: 3: 2);The most suitable treatment of C.acanthophylla is No.1 fertilizer(N,P,K = 3: 3: 2),more suitable treatment is No.3 fertilizer(N,P,K = 1: 1: 1);The most suitable treatment of C.oborovskyi is No.1 fertilizer(N,P,K = 3: 3: 2),more suitable treatment is No.2 fertilizer(N,P,K = 6: 3: 2).Seen from the Caragana Fabr.to fertilizer needs in two area,nitrogen and phosphorus ratio of not less than 1,phosphorus and potassium ratio of not less than 1 fertilizer combination is the appropriate combination of fertilizer;At the same time,according to the growth vigor and Soil condition of Caragana Fabr.in the two regions,Caragana Fabr should select loose and breathable soil.
