| Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi (AMF) is widely exists in soil ecosystem, colonizating in plant roots and forming a symbiotic relationship with it. Previous results showed that the inoculation of AMF can improve the biomass and the heavy metal resistance of maize. On the other hand, fertilization is a very common and important agricultural production measure, which could significantly increase the biomass of maize and improved the heavy metal resistance of corn to a certain extent. But the joint of AMF and fertilization effect on maize growth and the influence of heavy metal resistance is unclear. In this thesis, maize inoculated and uninoculated with AMF under the condition of fertilizer and non-fertilizer with different concentrations of Cd stress for 50 days. The determination of the biomass and the content of total phosphorus and total Cd were measured. The results showed that:1. AMF can successfully colonized in maize roots and formed typical structures of AMF.2. Fertilization in the absence of Cd stress can obviously increased the biomass of maize, but under the condition of high concentration of Cd stress, the effect of fertilization fell sharply, and the effect of corn biomass did not improve significantly when the maize inoculated with AMF. The maize biomass of combination group of fertilization and AMF inoculation was obviously higher than that of other groups of maize under the stress of high concentration of Cd.3. Both fertilization and inoculation of AMF can improve the total phosphorus content of maize in the shoot, and the combination group of fertilization and AMF inoculation was improved effectively.4. Maize can absorb and accumulate Cd from the soil. and the content of Cd in maize was increased with the rise of Cd concentration in the matrix, Inoculation of AMF combined with fertilization could significantly improve the fixation of Cd in maize rhizosphere, especially under high concentration of Cd stress, the Cd content of maize underground part of the combined group increased obviously while the Cd content of aboveground part dropped significantly.The above results showed that under the stress of Cd, especially under high concentration of Cd stress, the combined inoculation of AMF and fertilizer can obviously increase the maize biomass. Meanwhile, the combination can decrease the Cd content of maize in the shoot by enhancing rhizosphere remediation, so as to improve the tolerance of Cd. Besides, the effect of combination is significantly better than that of inoculation of AMF or fertilization alone. |
