Abuscular mycorrhizal fungus are kind of beneficial microorganisms distributed in the soil extensively. Through promoting to decomposing organic compounds in soil, Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi help host plant to absorb and transit soil nutrition. In addition, Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi improve soil particle fabric and ability to stimulate growth of plant radicle and to against disease and through its external hyphae transition carbon to soil and soil microbe reciprocity. Puerrararia is an important leguminous plant of economic value and officinal value. At present, it lacks in study on Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the rehizaspere Puerrararia, although it have some reports on nurses and biological characteristic and chemical constituent, also in comprehensive development of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. So , to improve Puerrararia's growth and offer evidence for filtering choiceness good fungous, the text study on Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi's ecology and prove up symbiont characteristic and growth law and characterstic in class constitution of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi .Main research results are as fellows:1. The resource of abuscular mycorrhiza in rehizaspere of puerraria is aboundance.the experiment hanve identified 22AMF species of 3 genera, 14 belong to Glomus, 7 belong to Acaulospora and 1 belongs to Scutellospora.2. The species of AMF distribution is different in the different breeds of the same plant. In different breeds, the species of AMF is Caige>Fenge>Yaoge. G. geosporum,G. constrictum,G. mosseae,G. diaphanum,A. bireticulata and A.foveata are dominant species of AMF in the rehizaspere Puerrararia.3. The result shows that 3 breeds of Puerrararia all can form the good symbiosis relations with the AM fungus. The total colonization is up to 80%, expressing that muti-symbiosis is very common between Puerrararia and AM fungi, and both have grown stronger closely.4. The investigation discovered that diferrent breeds plant have different AM fungi colonization. In different breeds plant, the AM fungi colonization is Caige>Fenge>Yaoge. this concerns with the AM fungus and the host plant's growth characteristic. Besides, the result shows that different structural of AM fungi have different colonization, hypha...
