| For the widely use of reversible plow in agriculture, the research on reversible plow is of great significance. In this paper, we design a new hanging reversible plow of type 1LF-5.0 and design it in the platform of SolidWorks. The detailed design process of the reversible plows from whole to parts are also explicitly explained in the paper. Here, the overall design requirements including the overall structural design, the main technical parameters, the body plow number and the total cultivated area of the reversible plows, the body plow configuration and the height from the bottom of the plow frame surface to the plow horizontal base surface etc. The design of parts includes the design method of parts, reversing mechanism design,research and design of the plow frame, reversible plow a depth wheel design. We then apply ANSYS Workbench software to accurately simulate and analysis the stressing state of the stent,which proved that 1LF-5.0 type hanging flip plow frame is safe and reliable, and can reduce the needs of materials to a large extent. We have also conducted field trials to test the performance of our designed flip plow. It shows that the indicators are in line with the design requirements and the flip plow demonstrates a good stability, soil mattress broken rate and reducing residual farming belt. It provides practical basis for the reversible plow design and improvement work. |
