Ribes odoratum W. belongs to the Saxifragaceae Ribes species, native to the United States, now the northeast, has important economic, ornamental value. The test is a different way of Ribes odoratum W. tissue culture technology in order to establish Ribes odoratum W. rapid propagation system. The results were as follows:1. Ribes odoratum W. spear induce axillary bud approach, drawn Spear best disinfection method was 0.1% mercuric chloride 7min. The best basic medium was MS medium, optimum browning inhibitor and a concentration of 800mg/LPVP,when GA3 concentration of 1.5mg/L when buds can promote. Shoot inducement optimal hormone combination:KT2.0mg/L+IAA2.0mg/L+GA31.5mg/L. The optimal hormone combination for shoot multiplication:6-BA0.2mg/L+NAAO.1mg/L+GA31.5mg/L. Best rooting hormone and basal medium concentration:1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L.2. In Ribes odoratum W. shoot tip induced buds pathway, come shoot induction optimal hormone combination:KT2.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+GA31.5mg/L, proliferation of axillary buds optimum hormone combination:KT1.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+ GA31.5mg/L.3. Ribes odoratum W. callus induction pathway, obtained the best callus induction explant of shoot tips. The optimum hormone combination of callus induction was: KT2.0mg/L+2,4-D1.0mg/L, the best callus growth hormone combination:KT0.5mg/L+ NAA0.3mg/L, more when injured tissue proliferation curing agent is the best medium: plant gel. failure to screen out the optimal hormone combination of callus, but the data show TDZ on callus differentiation adventitious buds can promote.4. Ways culture, for the purposes of this experiment, build the best organization system of the Ribes odoratum W. propagation:stem apex buds induced tissue culture channels.
