Non road mobile machinery in the national economy has a large-scale use. Because the non road engine pollutant emission control technology is relatively backward, with greater potential for emission reduction. On road motor vehicle to tighten control at the same time, non road mobile sources of pollution has become increasingly prominent, so it is necessary to further improve the level of pollutant emission control of non road mobile machinery, the early realization of environmental air quality improvement goals. As the core of the diesel engine, the optimization of the fuel system plays an important role in the realization of the 3 emission, power and economy.This paper mainly studies the optimization process of diesel engine fuel system, which is a standard non road 3 emission standard. The preliminary scheme is obtained through the simulation calculation, and then the optimization is carried out in the experiment. The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1) the use of HYDSIM software, the establishment of the model of the fuel injection system model, including the fuel injection pump parts, high-pressure fuel pipe parts and injector parts. The length and diameter of the injection pump camshaft and the oil outlet valve, the length and diameter of the high-pressure oil pipe and the flow rate of the injector are calculated, and the preliminary optimization results are obtained.(2) according to the simulation and optimization results, combined with the actual situation of injector spray cone angle, flow rate, there is no pressure chamber optimized, and ultimately determine the cone angle is small, big flow, there is no pressure chamber of the injector on the cylinder head swirl ratio test, the choice of swirl ratio of 1.7. Through the fuel injection pump camshaft contrast test, 12 lift cam; the combustion chamber is verified, the new scheme of combustion chamber. The combustion analysis, fuel injection law test, eight mode emission test and universal characteristic test, finally confirm the engine to satisfy the non of the people’s Republic of China on road emissions regulations and power and economic requirements.(3) Yuchai YC4H110 with DEUTZ Fahr tractors of vehicle dynamic verification, including the PTO bench characteristics test and field test, dynamic and economic performance indicators meet the requirements of the tractor.
