Mulberry Sapling Harvester is a miniaturized agricultural harvesting equipment which meets the special agronomic needs of Mulberry Sapling and meets the requirements of working environment in mountainous and hilly areas.The main demand for harvesting agriculture is that in order to ensure the harvest of tender mulberry in more than one year,the harvesting section of tender mulberry must be flat and burr-free,and the stubble height should be controlled at about 100 mm.Compared with the common Cartagena harvester,its operation effect can not fully meet the needs of young mulberry harvesting,and its large-scale trend makes this shrub harvesting equipment can not fully adapt to hilly areas.In order to alleviate or even solve the enormous investment of manpower cost in the current tender mulberry harvest,it is necessary to develop a tender mulberry harvester specially for the working environment in Hilly areas.This paper mainly focuses on the analysis and solution of the key problems exposed by the prototype of Mulberry Sapling harvester,which has been developed for more than two years in the early stage of the laboratory.Specific research focuses on the following points:(1)The cutting effect of the experimental prototype is unsatisfactory.In this paper,the cutter head which can meet the needs of the harvest of tender mulberry is found through the experimental analysis of different cutter head operation effects.The structure and size of the cutter head are determined.(2)By analyzing the reasons why the actuator of the experimental prototype can not meet the expectation of the work,a new form of the actuator is selected.(3)By building a comprehensive test-bed,the new actuator solution is validated from two aspects of simulation and experiment.(4)Reasonable parameters are obtained through simulation analysis and test results of the test-bed,including the optimum diameter of the cutter head is 250 mm and the working speed is about 4000r/min.(5)By improving the transmission mode of the walking mechanism,the problem of complex mismatch of the transmission system of the experimental prototype is improved.(6)By means of simulation,the transmission system and power distribution of the whole machine are optimized,which will effectively solve the problem of insufficient torque of the power system of the experimental prototype.The output torque of the power source is controlled within the output range of the engine corresponding speed,and the power does not exceed 20 Kw.
