Experimental results show that:1 compared with the control, treatment 1 (July 10), treatment 3 (August 10) and 4 (August 25) on the hundred-grain weight and volume of fruit have different degrees of increase; treatment 2 (July 25) and treatment 5(September 10th) volume of fruit decreases slightly.2 After the leaves are picked, It can improve air and light conditions of the tree, Among them, the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of treatment 2 (July 25th) were the highest, which was 16.2% and 9% higher than that of the control.There was no significant effect on transpiration rate.3 After the leaves are picked, It can significantly reduce titratable acid content of the fruit, and the content of fruit titration acid was the lowest in the treatment 4 (August 25), which was 15.1% lower than that of the control group.do not pick leaves treatment titratable acid content of the fruit was the highest.4 Compared with the control, except for treatment 1 (July 10) and total soluble solids content of fruit sugar than decreased, and every other period of leaf picking treatment on fruit sugar and total soluble solids content have increased in varying degrees, among treatment4 (August 25) and treatment 3 (August 10) effect was the best.5 Compared with the control, except for treatmentl (July 10) tannins and anthocyanins content of fruit decreased, and other defoliation period treatment significantly increased fruit total phenols, tannins and anthocyanins content, which the treatment 4 (August 25) effects was the best, Compared with the control, it increased by 28.1%,35.5% and 23% respectively.6 Defoliation treatment can improve the fruit of acid invertase, neutral invertase, sucrose synthase activity, The acid invertase to treatment 3 (August 10) activity was the highest,The neutral invertase and sucrose synthase to treatment 4 (August 25) activity was the highest, There was no significant effect on the activity of SPS.7 In combining different periods defoliation treatment on fruit quality, the defoliation period of treatment 4 (August 25)and treatment 3 (August 10) was the best.
