The effects of three loading (0.25kg/cm2,0.5kg/cm2,0.75kg/cm2) with "厂" shape training system on grapevine development, photosynthetic characteristics, fruit and wine quality were studied by taking 5 years-old "Cabernet sauvignon" and "Merlot" as experimental materials, The results showed as follows:1 Compared with "dulong" training system, "厂" shape training system treatments increased leaf area and improved leaf quality, area of leaf in 0.25kg/cm2 with "厂" shape training system significantly increased. The content of chlorophyll and photosynthesis increased in "厂" shape training system treatment, chlorophyll content, ratio of chlorophyll a/b, and photosynthetic rate significantly increased in 0.25kg/cm2 with "厂" shape training system.2 The "厂" shape training system is beneficial to the leaf growth and the accumulation of dry matter, the content of soluble total sugar, total pheno, anthocyanin and tannin in 0.25kg/cm with "厂" shape training system were significantly increased, those materials in 0.5kg/cm2 with "厂" shape training system were also higher than in CK. Compared with "dulong" training system, the wine quality in 0.25kg/cm2 and 0.5kg/cm2 with "厂" shape training system were all better than CK.3 These result suggest that,0.5kg/cm2 with "厂" shape training system can be ensure the production. Besides it can be beneficial to the plant growth, photosynthesis and promote berry quality. Thus, all the indexes can be reach a relatively high level. What’s more, it also can be beneficial to make better wine.
