This experiment aimed to six different areas of wheat and barley as the research object, composition comparison of DM, CP, GE, AA for wheat and barley by Weende method and NIRS method; metabolic rate of TME,DM, CP, AA for wheat, barley in Yellow Feather Broilers by all muck method and regression analysis method. To improve the efficiency of feed utilization, reduce feed costs, enrich our country NDV can be isolated from the dead chicken feed ingredients nutrient dynamic database to provide basic data.Trail 1:This experiment aimed to six different areas of wheat and barley as the research object, composition comparison of DM, CP, GE, AA for wheat and barley by Weende method and NIRS method. The results showed that:1) The variation of conventional nutrient content in wheat from Yanshi, Pizhou, LinYi, Zhoukou, Shu Yang, Wo Yang was small, it was less than 10%. The content of DM was 78.1%-88.96%, the content of CP was 13.00%~15.34%, GE was 15.16%~16.67%, the content of EAA was 3.16%~3.41%, the content of TAA was 11.76%~12.81%. Compared with the feed standard, only the content of CP was 2% higher than the standard, other similar to standard.2) The content variation of CP in barley from China, France, Australia was big, it was more than 10%; DM and GE was small, it was less than 10%. The highest content of CP was Chinese barley, the lowest content of CP was French barley. The highest content of EAA, TAA was Australia’s barley, the lowest content of CP was French barley. The content of DM was 82.63%-88.68%, the content of CP was 9.30%~12.45%, the GE was 16.12%~16.64%, the content of EAA was 2.44%-4.05%, the content of TAA was 8.01%~12.24%.3) The variation of DM, CP for wheat by Weende method and NIRS method was less than 10% except Yanshi wheat. The variation of AA for wheat was less than 10% except Yanshi wheat’ Lys and Shuyang wheat’Cys.4) The variation of DM, CP for barley by Weende method and NIRS method was less than 10%. The variation of AA for Chiense barley was less than 10% except Met; The variation of AA for French barley was less than 10% except Met、Val、 Arg、Cys; The variation of AA for Australia’s barle was more than 10% except Cys.Trail 2:Metabolic rate of TME,DM, CP, AA for wheat, barley in Yellow Feather Broilers by all muck method and regression analysis method. Two hundred 25-day-old yellow feather broilers were randomly divided into 10 groups (one basic diet group, Six alternative set of wheat, three alternative set of barley, replacement ratio was 40%), with 10 replicates in each group and 2 broilers per replicate. Test usded the set of algorithms+manure method, to determine metabolic rate of TME,DM, CP, AA for wheat and barle. Results showed that:1) The utilization rate of DM for Yanshi wheat, LinYi wheat, Wo Yang wheat were significantly higher than Zhoukou wheat, Shuyang wheat(P<0.05); The utilization rate of CP for Yanshi wheat, Pizhou wheat, LinYi wheat, Shuyang wheat, Woyang wheat were significantly higher than Zhoukou wheat(P<0.05); The AME of Yanshi wheat, Pizhou wheat, LinYi wheat, Woyang wheat were significantly higher than Shuyang wheat, Zhoukou wheat(P<0.05); The Shuyang wheat was significantly higher than Zhoukou wheat (P<0.05); The utilization rate of TAA for LinYi wheat was significantly higher than Yanshi wheat and Pizhou wheat (P<0.05), Zhoukou wheat was significantly higher than other 5 wheats (P<0.05). The variation of the utilization rate of DM, TAA, AME for wheat from 6 areas were less than 10%. The variation of the utilization rate of CP、EAA were more than 10%. According to CP utilization rate from high to low order:Shuyang wheat> Linyi wheat> Yanshi wheat> Wo Yang wheat> Pizhou wheat> Zhoukou wheat; According to EAA utilization rate from high to low order:Linyi wheat> Wo Yang wheat> Shuyang wheat> Yanshi wheat> Pizhou wheat> Zhoukou wheat.2) The utilization rate of DM, AME for Chinese barley, France barley, Australian barley had no significant (P>0.05); The utilization rate of CP for Australian barley was significantly higher than Chinese barley, France barley (P<0.05); The utilization rate of TAA, EAA for Australian barley were significantly lower than Chinese barley, France barley (P<0.05). The variation of the utilization rate of DM, TAA, EAA for barley from 3 countries were less than 10%; the variation of the utilization rate of CP were more than 10%. According to CP utilization rate from high to low order:Australian barley> Chinese barley> France barley.3) The DMA and AME of wheat were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05); CPA and EAAA, TAAA and GE were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05); AME and EAAA, TAAA and GE were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05); TAAA EAAA and GE were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05); TAAA and GE were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05). CP and EAA were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05); EAA with TAA were significantly positive correlation (P<0.05).Above all, DM, GE, CP, AA nutrient content of Yanshi wheat, Pizhou wheat, Linyi wheat, Zhoukou wheat, Shuyang wheat, Woyang wheat are similar. The conventional component content differences of Chinese barley, France barley, Australian barley are mainly CP and AA content, the Chinese barley CP content is higher, the Australian barley EAA and TAA content is higher. The highest content of CP is Chinese barley, the highest content of EAA and TAA are Australian barley. The effect of different areas for wheat and barley’ GE is less, CP and AA are great. NIRS method can be used in predicting DM, CP, Leu, Val, Thr, Phe, Ile, Arg, His content in wheat, Lys, Cys especially Met discomfort NIRS prediction. NIRS method can be used in predicting DM, CP content in barley. NIRS method can be used in predicting AA content in Chinese barley except Met. France barley and Australian barley France barley, Australian barley.The variation of the utilization rate of DM, TAA, AME for wheat from 6 areas is small, mainly different is CP. The order of CP utilization rate is Yanshi wheat, Linyi wheat, Yanshi wheat, Woyang wheat, Pizhou wheat, Zhoukou wheat. The variation of the utilization rate of DM, AA, AME for barley from 3 countries is small, mainly different is CP. Utilization rate of Chinese barley is highest, utilization rate of France barley is lowest. DMA and AME; CPA and EAAA, TAAA, GE; AME and EAAA, TAAA, GE; EAAA and TAAA, GE; TAAA and GE; CP and EAA; EAA and TAA have some relevance.
