Nurse seedling grafting is one of the most important ways of rapid propagation. With some advantages of rapid emergence, good quality, high survival rate and obvious economic performance. Using shoot seedling of wild C.henryi as stoNO and semi-lignified cuttings of’Huali 3’as scion, the effect of grafting time, Sealing materials and sealing method, the age of the stoNO, the amount of leaves, branches, plant growth regulators on grafting survival rate were studied in order to research container seedling technique of nurse seedling grafting. Through the research of substrate mating, container size and fertilization amount of index fertilize, the most proportion of substrate composition, appropriate container size and the best index of fertilization were obtained. Provide scientific basis for castanea henryi efficient for rapid propagation. The main conclusions are as follow.Research of C.henryin nurse seedling anvil grafting technology. Grafting time(April 20, May 10, June 1, July 10), sealing materials and sealing methods (aluminium foil, scion caps, scion uncapped) have a significant impact of C.henryi nurse seedling grafting survival rate, the highest survival rate of grafting is in June, which is 64.00%, Caping the grafting membrane, graft survival rate is better, which is 64.00%. The day age (20days,30 days,45 days,60 days and 90 days) of stoNO influences C.henryi bud seedling anvil graft survival rate significantly, when the root stoNO is 90 days, the graft survival rate is low, which is 35.33%, when the root stoNO is 45 days, graft survival rate reaches the highest, which is 69.33%. Different plant growth regulator (6-BA, IB A, IAA, NAA concentration:10,25,50,100,200 mg/L) processing, scion grafting survival rate is different, different plant growth regulator can enhance the survival rate of castanea henryi nurse seedling anvil grafting, but the appropriate concentration and effects are different., different plant growth regulator could increase C.henryi bud seedling anvil graft survival rate, But the appropriate concentration and effects are different. When the optimal concentration of 6-BA is 25 mg/L, the survival rate reach 70.67%.the optimal concentration of IAA is 100 mg/L, the graft survival rate will be 82.00%; When the optimal concentration of IBA is 50 mg/L, the graft survival rate reaches 75.33%; When the NAA concentration is 100 mg/L, the graft survival rate will be 93.67%,45.83% higher than the control group, Different parts of the branches (Central branches at base, branches, and branches at the top) and scion for different leaf (without leaf,2 cm blade,4 cm blade) quantity can significantly affect the C.henryi bud seedling anvil graft survival rate. Survival rate is low in none-leave graft, which is 4.67%. The highest survival rate happens when leave leaf quantity is 2 cm, which is 46.67%, shoot tip grafting is low,30.00%. Branches in the middle of a scion grafting is high, which is 68.00%.2. Research of C.henryi nurse seedling anvil container seedling technology: Different matrix formula (loess, turfy soil, loess:turfy=1:1, loess:turfy=2:1, loess turfy:perlite=2:1:0.5)soil has a significant effect on growth of C.henryi. The grafting bud of formula 1 has poorer growth, in which ground diameter, seedling height, dry weight,total length and net photosynthetic rate are respectively 2.83mm,8.78cm and 4.08g,367.74cm,10.73μmol·m2·s-1. Production, therefore, appropriate choice of 14 cm* 16 cm specification in the container, can not only achieve the ideal effect, and can save cost. By the exponential fertilization of different nitrogen fertilizer (0,25,50,75,100,125,150, 175 mg/plant) treatment of C.henryi seedling, the ground diameter, dry weight, total root length, root surface area, root volume, net photosynthetic rate and seedling quality index had significant difference. When fertilizer rate of 125 mg/strains, C.henryi seedling ground diameter, total root length, root surface area, root volume, root dry weight, underground dry weight, total dry weight, root on the ground, NPK, nitrogen and phosphorus stem and NPK of leaf content and net photosynthetic rate, seedling quality index content, The ground diameter, total root length, root surface area, root volume, respectively is 4.13 cm,610 cm,26.7 cm2,26.7 cm3, compared with increased by 29%,38%,22%and 38% respectively; Root dry weight, dry weight of the earth, and the total dry weight were 3.62 g,3.81 g and 7.43 g,73%,25%,45% higher than that of control respectively. NPK content in root were 1.21%,0.148%, 0.78%,55%,70%,59% higher than that of control respectively. NPK content were 1.53%,0.158%,1.18%,50%,60%,60% higher than that of control respectively; Seedling quality index is 1.92,90% higher than that of control; Net photosynthetic rate of 18.22 mu mol, m2, s-1,33% higher than that of control. In conclusion, the optimum substrates of C.henryi nurse seedling anvil seedling nursery is loess:lime: pearlite= 2:1:0.5, the most appropriate container size is14 cm* 16 cm container bag, The optimum N application rate of C.henryi seedlings is 125 mg/strains,P is 36 mg/strains,K is 54 mg/strains.
