The Partition And Application Of The Suitable Red Fleshed Kiwifruit Site Types In Liupanshui

The soil, altitude, climate, terrain in Liupanshui Guizhou province of China have excellent advantage in the development of red fleshed kiwifruit industry. The red fleshed kiwifruit in Liupanshui is full of nutrition, high quality, special flavor, which has it’s reputation at home and abroad.In order to solve the problem of red fleshed kiwifruit development planning in Liupanshui,in the paper, it dose research into the partition and application of the suitable red fleshed kiwifruit site types in Liupanshui,and the results of the study are listed as follows:(1)Considering red fleshed kiwifruit existing planting area in Liupanshui as research area, conducting an investigation into the existing more than 20000 mu red fleshed kiwifruit orchard.From the numerous site factors,choosing parent rock, altitude, slope position, slope direction, slope, thickness of black soil layer and thickness of soil, which have some more influence on red fleshed kiwifruit quantity for the partition and application of the suitable red fleshed kiwifruit site factors, and surveying a total of 41 sample plot distributed in the Liuzhi Shuicheng and Panxian.(2)By taking site factors as the independent variable, red fleshed kiwifruit production quantity per unit area as the dependent variable, and applying stepwise regression method to the seven site factors to screen out the two dominant factors-slope position and slope direction.According to the two dominant factors-slope position and slope directionit, dividing Liupanshui kiwi site conditions into nine standing-type, and then applying the predictive equation to yield prediction. The predictive equation is "y= 0.7225X3+0.3878X4-7.1802". By the calculation, the production forecast number as 94.9804 red fleshed kiwifruit persquare meter of bottom slope position-sunny slope direction is the highest.The the production forecast number of central slope position-half sunny slope direction is 79.3841 red fleshed kiwifruit persquare meter and The the production forecast number of central slope position-half cloudy slope direction is 79.2096 red fleshed kiwifruit persquare meter. It not only provides the scientific basis for the choice of the suitable red fleshed kiwifruit site conditions, but also makes prediction for red fleshed kiwifruit orchard yield in different site conditions in the future.(3)Using the Liupanshui city geography information system, treating the two dominant factors-slope position and slope direction by our our investigation and analysis as a parameter, drawing out pictures of all districts red fleshed kiwifruit cultivation planning by three levels of classification-"the most suitable cultivation area", "the suitable cultivation area" and "the less suitable cultivation area". The most suitable area of red fleshed kiwifruit cultivation is 144250.7123 mu, the suitable cultivation area is 327253.0835 mu and the less unsuitable cultivation area is 898096.1867+1042346.899 mu. Preliminarily planning red fleshed kiwifruit planting area by two levels of classification, coming out the most suitable area of red fleshed kiwifruit cultivation is 137905.44 mu, the suitable cultivation area is 325761.15 mu. There is planting area in Zhongshan, because most of the area is city region, sample-plot survey was not been done. There is no red fleshed kiwifruit development planning and planting here.(4)According to the field investigation, the available information, the dominant factors, the calculation of the geographic information system and the Liupanshui’s development request, projecting the actual red fleshed kiwifruit cultivation area as: Liuzhi 10 100000 mu, Panxian 50000 mu and Shuicheng 150000 mu, amounted to 300000 mu, which providing scientific and accurate basis in scientific planning of red fleshed kiwifruit industry and laying a solid foundation for development of red fleshed kiwifruit industry in good health in Liupanshui.
