Under the rainproof shelter and pot cultivation conditions, we use two oat varieties,rietyan5’and’Baiyan2aiyanesns, we effect of two water (45%,75% field water capacity (FWC)) and spraying humic acid water soluble fertilizer at different growth stage on drought resistance, yield formation and quality. We hope to reveal the mechanism of water and humic acid water soluble fertilizer from physiology, photosynthesis, yield formation and quality, which will provide theoretical basis on high yield and good quality oat production in Inner Mongolia. The results show as follows:1.The influence of water and humic acid on oat physiological aspects:under water stress treatments (45% FWC), the leaf superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity which spraying humic acid in each growth stage increased 7.27%-18.53% than the CK, peroxidase (POD) activity increased 4.71%-20.83% than the CK. Spraying humic acid can significantly reduce the plasma membrane system damage caused by the water stress, summed up the three growth stages, malondialdehyde content in water stress treatments reduced 7.77%-20.16% (P< 0.05) compared with CK; Spraying humic acid also significantly increase the leaf relative water content by 4.26%-7.61%(P< 0.05) compared with CK. Under water stress, the proline content in humic acid treatmentincreased 3.08%-11.37% than CK. water stress lead to the decrease of The chlorophyll relative contents (SPAD) of two varieties, whereas humic acid treatments increase the SPAD readings by 5.08%-14.34% than the CK; the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of Neiyan5 increased by 38.4%,29.59%,29.59% than CK, respectively.2.The effect of water and humic acid on oats yield formation:under water stress, the plant height of two oats varieties in spraying humic acid treatment increased 6.55%-26.21% than CK; the oat leaf area of two varieties in three growth stage increased 7.05%-48.60% than CK; under water stress, thousand seed weight, ear length and spikelet number in the humic acid treatment increased 7.72%-28.64%, 11.00%-30.41% and 17.52%-49.43% than CK. Spraying humic acid can significantly improve oat grain yield. Under water stress, Neiyan 5, Baiyan 2 spraying humic acid at heading and jointing stage, the grain yield of increased 9.64%,12.24% respectively than CK, and under normal water supply, Neiyan 5, Baiyan 2 spraying humic acid at jointing and heading stage, the grain yield of increased 10.52%,13.63% than CK, respectively.3. Under water stress, spraying humic acid can improve β-glucan, crude fat and crude protein content of oat grain. Under water stress, the grain β-glucan contant of spraying humic acid treatments in filling stage increased 46.14%,29.11% than the CK; under normal water supply, Neiyan 5 and Baiyan 2 spraying humic acid treatments at jointing stage and heading stage, the β-glucan content increased 17.08%,18.39% respectively compared with CK.
