| In order to study the effect of humic acid(A0,A1,A2,A3)combined with chemical fertilizer(B0,B1,B2)on the yield and quality of ginger, four levels of humic acid were set:0kg/667m2(A0),50kg/667m2(A1),100kg/667m2(A2)and 200kg/667m2(A3).There were three chemical fertilizer treatments:no chemical fertilizer(B0),ordinary compound fertilizer(N-P2O5-K2O=13-9-26)200kg/667m2(B1),controlled release fertilizer(N-P2O5-K2O=13-9-26)200kg/667m2(B2).The main results are as follows:1.There were significant differences in the growth of ginger plants under different treatments. With the increase of humic acid dosage, the growth of ginger organs increased significantly. The yield of A3 was 6303.48kg/667m2,which was 24.21%higher than that of A0;the yield of controlled-release fertilizer was the highest, which was 5994.21 kg/667m2,which was 5.23%higher than that of common compound fertilizer. The soluble sugar, dry matter, soluble protein, free amino and ascorbic of ginger rhizome increased significantly with the increase of humic acid dosage.Compared with A0,A3 increased by 46.45%,7.48%,46.67%,28.57%and 13.94%respectively.There was a significant interaction between the amount of humic acid and fertilizer types on the yield and quality of ginger.2.The absorption and accumulation of N,P,K increased significantly with the increase of humic acid dosage.Compared with A0,A3 increased by 50.50%,45.30%and 33.79%respectively,and the agronomic efficiency of A3 fertilizer increased by 24.10%.Under the same humic acid dosage, the N,P,K utilization efficiency and agronomic efficiency of controlled-release fertilizer were significantly higher. For example, under the level of humic acid A3,the utilization efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and the agronomic efficiency of controlled-release fertilizer were 45.85%,32.83%,54.95%and 33.43kg/kg respectively, which were 6.48%,6.45%,4.69%and 5.23%higher than that of common compound fertilizer.3.Under the same fertilizer, the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of A3B1increased by 11.66%and 4.42%compared with A0B1,and A3B2 increased by 12.12%and3.78%compared with A0B2 on September 20.At the same humic acid level, the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of A0B2 increased by 3.84%and 2.21%compared with A0B1,and that of A3B2 increased by 4.26%and 1.59%compared with A3B1 on September20.4.The contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in rhizosphere soil increased significantly with the increase of humic acid application rate. The contents of A3 were 1.377g/kg,0.954g/kg,139.68mg/kg,108.99mg/kg and 138.57mg/kg,which were 58.09%,43.67%,43.48%,63.35%and 64.61%higher than A0,respectively.Different fertilizer treatments also significantly affected rhizosphere soil nutrients, and controlled release fertilizer treatment was higher than common compound fertilizer treatment. |
