Color has significant impact on the nutritional value of the fruit and the value of goods, pretty color can directly stimulate consumer desire. Beautiful shape, bright color, especially red apple has been widely welcomed due to people’s high living standards and high market competitiveness. Golden Delicious apples are large and mature golden surface, so if the peer get red color by control technology, can increase its commercial value. Ningxai Golden Delicious areas reduced fruit quality and commercial value because of without bagged or not debagged. The experiment take Golden Delicious as material, to study the effect of different debagging time on peel color, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Bagged Golden Delicious apple peel full of anthocyanin but unpressed in red, if receive more 3d sunshine the peel can varying degrees of red after debagging and the red will poor if consecutive days of rain, lack of light, and the average temperature is less than 10℃ after debagged. Show that light-induced bagging fruit peel anthocyanin expression in the form of red after_debagged,2. Many factors influence the red of fruit when Bagged Golden Delicious apple debagging at diffreent time:After debagging, the more different temperature between day and night, the more sunny days, the more color index; by contrast, rainy day and small temperature different, the small color index. There have positive correlation between color index and soluble solids, as well as total sugar, that means during debagging time, the more total sugar and soluble solids, the more anthocyanin and color index.3. In Ningxia Golden Delicious areas, the best debagging time is before harvest 10d. A large area of red coloring rate, peel tender, bright fruit small point, maximum coloring index, good appearance and inner qualities, lowest chlorophyll content and highest anthocyanin, total sugar, soluble solids content.4. Ningxia Golden Delicious apple-producing areas should be eliminated the traditional extensive technical, to improve income by debagging before harvest 10d, because of prospects market, simple technology promotion, low cost and high efficiency.
