Research On Modeling Design Elements Of Jujubes Atomatic Grader

Red jujube is characteristic agricultural economy in autonomous region. Using machinery to automatic classification of jujube, can not only reduce the labor intensity, at the same time have great practical significance to improve the quality of food safety and added value, to develop markets at home and abroad. In agricultural machinery design, the first notice is the functionality of the product, the second focus on the structure of the product, and reliability, etc. While the development of industrial level, people pay attention to the reliability of the products function, structure as well as the product modeling and colour. The article was researched based on the red jujube automatic classifier which developed by Nningxia university food machinery research and development team. Through the appearance of the red jujube automatic classifier design and ergonomics design, the modeling design of red jujube automatic were studied, optimizing the structure of classifier. Mainly work as following:This paper analyzes on the modeling design factors of red jujube automatic grader, discussing the basic requirement of modeling design for red jujube automatic grader. Combination survey feedback of red jujube automatic grader using, analyzes the main existing defects in the current red jujube automatic grader, put forward the design principles of modeling design for red jujube automatic grader.This paper stated the modeling design in five aspects such as modeling, colour, material, coating and safety protection. The structure of the part of the unit was analyzed. Determining the tone color is the green for jujube automatic grader. Determining material of the overall framework of classifier is ordinary carbon steel material Q-235, at the same time according to characteristics of the part components to choice materials. Determine the red jujube automatic grader paint coating designed for orange lines. In the aspect of safety protection design, determining red jujube automatic grader is fully enclosed protection.Combined with the modeling of ergonomics to research the modeling design of red automatic grader, identified the best physical size range process of red jujube automatic for sorting machine operation. From the four aspects control panel, hierarchical channel, receiving hopper, and skip, the location and size of red jujube automatic sorting machine components had been designed.Based on value engineering to carry on the investigation and study, using the coefficient of value to evaluate the different design schemes for red jujube automatic grader, and finally determine the optimal design scheme.
