With the rapid increase of crop stalk process, the demand of straw is also increasing. How to use combine quickly collecting the abandoned crop straw after harvest mechanically instead of doing so, and increasing the density of the collection straw, reducing storage space and transportation costs are the bottleneck restricting our crop stalk. Because of the field waste straw’s shape and size vary, distribution messy, loose, high moisture content, and the lack of power facilities, and molding machines available in the market presence of short life, high energy consumption, low efficiency, the size and moisture content of the raw material’s demand are strict, therefore can not be realized mobile-type compression molding in the field.In view of the above problems, this subject design a fully automatic straw combine with picking, crushing and molding, one person, one machine can complete the entire process of the waste straw in the field into biomass briquette pellet fuel commodity transformation, greatly reducing the cost of collection, and truly realize the straw resource’s industrialization, commercialization and high value-added utilization.As a key component of the combined machine, molding machine is the core of the subject. Firstly by the field research in Fu Jin Hong Xinglong farm field, and the comparation of the rural existing straw collecting equipment and analysis of the current situation on the use of of crop stalks, to determine the moisture content of the straw and the overall structure of the combined machine. Through the analysis of straw physical and chemical properties and molding dense influencing factors, and the comparation of different types of machine, determine the type of the key parameters and the structure of the main forms of molding machines; make the analysis of the molding machine’s press roll for transmission kinematics and dynamics, and make improved design, determine the pressure roller’s nutation angle with the maximum pressure; determine the main components of the machine’s material, heat treatment and machining process.Make the use of Solidworks three-dimensional software for molding machine’s parts modeling and assembly; using Adams software for dynamic analysis of before and after molding machine roller drive system to verify its stability; using the Ansys software to make static analysis of the core components of molding machine and biomass molding process, verify whether the core components of molding machine are satisfy the intensity, the rigidity requirement, and to determine the optimum structure, and provide reference and theoretical basis for molding machine design.
