The cleaning device is an important part of the combine harvester, now cleaning device is flat vibration screening and whirlwind filtering on the market, Plane vibration screening not only large noise, but also complex structure.Whirlwind filter cleaning is low efficiency, high loss,these two kinds of cleaning device is difficult to apply in the south,the main content of this topic research is designed a small grain combine cleaning device that it can work in the southern region.The main research content is as follows:1)The physical characteristics of mixtures of grain cleaning device were determined and analyzed.And from the theory of grain movement and stress distribution in flow field are analyzed.2)By studying and analyzing the structure and principle of cleaning device,and the small combine harvester cleaning device on the market research,conclusion cleared out the advantages and disadvantages of the selected equipment cleaning method,combination of grain mixture material characteristics and mechanical characteristics on the basis of,based on the combination of screening and winnowing way of cleaning of grain,designed a new type of cleaning device.3)The losing rate and impurity rate, broken rate as the evaluation index, to beat the dragon shaft rotation speed, suction speed, blowing speed three experimental factors as the test index, through orthogonal test and quadratic regression general rotational combination test, cleaning device performance test,to verify the performance of the cleaning device is designed, and through the analysis of test data, understand the interaction between various factors and various factors of cleaning degree of the influence of performance indicators, to analyze its poor and variance, get the optimal combination.
