The original Pinus koraiensis in Xiaoxing’an mountains has the most typical and the most perfect ecological system, it also has rich species diversity and forest structure stability in the mixed forests of our country. Its high productivity makes any trees get a good living environment. Different associated tree leads to difference environment of Pinus koraiens, which will affect zhe soil microbial community structure of Pinus koraiens. So, to research soil microbial diversity of different associated tree can reflect ecological system of Pinus koraiens. Research of soil organisms, soil physical and chemical conditions, and soil enzymes is the most direct way to evaluate soil microbial activity, then to provide theoretical basis for selection of the most suitable associated tree for Pinus koraiensis. This study selected Tilia amurensis Rupr; Abies nephrolepis Maxim and Acer tegmentosum Maxim as the research object, and artificial Pinus koraiensis for comparison. Analyzed the each layer of vegetation and soil microbial diversity by using ecological community survey method; dilution plate method and BIOLOG ECO micro plate method. The results showed that:1. In the four kinds of forest, the soil moisture content of surface was greater than 2-20cm layer, and the soil moisture content of the mixed forests with associated tree were bigger than artificial Pinus koraiensis. The pH of the four kinds of forest were less than seven, belong to the acidic soil. The mixed forests with associated tree had the highest soil organic matter except Available p.2. Based on the research of the four kinds of forest soil enzyme activity, enzyme activity is the highest in July, and the lowest in November. The soil acid phosphatase activity of Acer tegmentosum Maxim and Tilia amurensis Rupr was the highest, and the lowest was Abies nephrolepis Maxim. The soil urease activity of Abies nephrolepis Maxim was the highest, and the lowest was artificial Pinus koraiensis. The soil catalase activity, the P-glucosidase activity and the soil polyphenol oxidase activity of Tilia amurensis Rupr were the highest, and the three activity of Abies nephrolepis Maxim were the lowest.3. The results of cultivable microorganisms research showed that, the total number of three groups of Abies nephrolepis Maxim was more than Tilia amurensis Rupr was greater than Acer tegmentosum Maxim was greater than artificial Pinus koraiensis. The total number of bacteria and actinomycetes of Abies nephrolepis Maxim was the highest, and the total number of fungi of Tilia amurensis Rupr was the highest.4. The results of soil microbial diversity research showed that, The soil microbial AWCD value of Abies nephrolepis Maxim was more than Tilia amurensis Rupr was greater than artificial Pinus koraiensis was greater than Acer tegmentosum Maxim. The index of SW of Tilia amurensis Rupr was more than Acer tegmentosum Maxim was greater than Tilia amurensis Rupr was greater than artificial Pinus koraiensis. The index of SP of Tilia amurensis Rupr was more than Acer tegmentosum Maxim was greater than Abies nephrolepis Maxim was greater than artificial Pinus koraiensis. The index of Mclntosh of Abies nephrolepis Maxim was more than Tilia amurensis Rupr was greater than Acer tegmentosum Maxim was greater than artificial Pinus koraiensis. And the diversity index of the four kinds of forest were increased with the deepening of the soil.
