Agroforestry husbandry compound ecosystem composed of a biological system and environmental system can be artificial regulation system, the ecosystem is a species more complex network structure composed of multiple factors. In this paper, on the premise of ecology theory knowledge and the method of system analysis as the foundation, we use certain mathematical thinking research system flow of energy between components, based on the lyapunov stability theory, information theory and value theory, for the whole animal husbandry compound ecosystem stability and sustainability of the analysis, in order to improve the overall efficacy of ecosystem.In this paper, based on the research of the material flow, we set up the block diagram of the the entire ecosystem of animal husbandry and establish,which is the entire gross energy flow model.The whole ecosystem is divided into nine sub-room,according to the energy flow between components or not make the system of the adjacency matrix, by Boolean algebra method consider the accessibility of system,further study on the system parameters and establish the linear differential equation model, the stability assessment of the system with lyapunov stability theory, and considering the system in the large system theory correlation stability, polymerization degree in the use of information theory and the theory of redundancy, investigate the sensitivity of parameters to determine the function of the system stability, using the theory of loop analysis judgment system of structural stability.We can use value theory of compound ecological animal husbandry system analysis, the energy input and output can build value evaluation index system, can make a chart observation of the whole system flow circulation index and the sustainable development index, the analysis found less jixian county high-tech material inputs, high degree of dependence on environmental resources and economic development but less bearing pressure on the environment, the environment is not the most effective utilization of resources. Agricultural development level is not high, we need to improve the efficiency of the whole agroforestry husbandry compound ecological system of agriculture production, increase the degree of opening to the outside world, the region to accelerate agricultural ecological development, and promote the sustainable development of the whole compound ecological system.
