This paper selected 3 Liangshui National Natural Forest Gap in broad-leaved Korean pine mixed forest gap in the litter decomposition experiment of protection. Making good Korean pine, birch, linden tree litter decomposition bags, placed into the chosen decomposition in experimental, and regularly collecting litter decomposition bags and bags of soil (0-10cm) decomposition. The content of three kinds of litter and soil trace elements (Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn) by acid method determination; by high performance liquid phase chromatography with electrochemical detection method of soil in the monosaccharide content were measured; and the results of the analysis, to summarize the change rules of.1. The changes of litter in trace elements (Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn) and glucose content were studied, lower the content of Cu, Zn elements in litter, Fe, Mn content is higher; the trace elements in litter in just into the experimental plots after 61 days, a sharp decline in its content; to 61 days after the trace elements content change is slow; and the content of trace elements is not has declined, in a period of time but will increase. The experimental results of measuring kinds of monosaccharides in the litter, only to measure the glucose and glucose content was low, glucose content decreased with the passage of time; in samples 147 days of determination has some samples of glucose cannot be determined (nd).2. the litter decomposition of bag of the trace elements (Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn) residues are studied and found that the same time nodes, different forest gaps in the trace element residual amount of different, with the prolonged time of litter decomposition, most of the trace elements residues decreased gradually; with increase of the gap area, litter residues decreased; studies have found only litter costata in Fe residue abnormal, at 147 days. Litter Fenghua residual volume increased significantly. The glucose in the litter decreased linearly with time.3. the litter decomposition of bag of soil trace elements (Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn) content were determined, the analysis of the content of trace elements in soil are always significant variation, in the litter in the corresponding time points, mostly showing:in the litter decomposition bags in the trace elements content decreased, the content of trace elements in the soil increased slightly, the individual point in time will appear in the litter and soil trace elements content of fallen colleagues. This is with the external environment has great relationship, such as the rainy season runoff and sedimentation of air, microbial decomposition and to the combined effect of soil transport and other activities. And the content of glucose in soil were not detected, which could be proved from the changes of the glucose content in litter can be due to glucose is a material, which is easy to be degraded by microorganism. Therefore, even reduce the glucose content in litter part into the soil system, soon become bacteria, fungi and other biological substrate decomposed, so in time point was not detected in glucose substance is very normal, which experiments to select the sampling time interval with long is have a great relationship.4. the release of trace elements in litter were analysis and calculation, draw trace elements in litter mostly with the release time returned to the soil, only litter Fenghua not only failed to release Fe, but the enrichment of the content of Fe in the soil. The greater the whole gap of the other trace elements, the more complex the gap diversity, the faster the litter decomposition rate. The more can promote the circulation of forest system. The amount of forest litter, nutrient return and litter decomposition rate are the important factors affecting the material and nutrient cycling of forest ecosystem.
