Intelligent agriculture technology is the inevitable outcome of the high speed development of control science, and it has been widely used throughout the world. Now, more and more countries began to attach importance to the intelligent development of agricultural production. Spraying is not only the basic part of agriculture production but also the key part of agriculture production. Crop growth well or badly, the yield of crops is more or less, they all have a very close relationship with pesticide spraying. Now agricultural production has gradually to become large scale, the amount and type of crops has greatly improved, so traditional spraying tools have been unable to meet the needs of modern large-scale agricultural production. Therefore, there are a lot of agricultural workers to research and design the liquid spraying equipment which can be suitable for the modern agriculture.In China, liquid spraying equipment has been updated continually, but the overall level is relatively backward abroad. The liquid spraying device of our country have two aspects of deficiency. One is that the lance height can not change along with the ground height change, another is that even the lance height of some devices can be adjusted, but their adjustment is too late. So this article proposes a design which spray rod can be adjusted smartly.With the continuous development of control science, intelligent control has been widely used in various fields of the society. In the traditional industrial control, PID control method has been widely used, but when the traditional PID control method in dealing with the time-varying system, the adjust effect is not very ideal. So this article combined with the modern intelligent control method of fuzzy control to improve the traditional PID control, to make it has a good control performance in the time-varying system. This design use the MSP430 microcontroller as the core controller. At the height of measuring, this design uses the least squares approach to deal with data collected, to make the measuring height to be more closed with the true height. In the control system, we used fuzzy PID control method to adjust the speed of the motor, to make the spray rod on the right height to work. Through analyzing the experimental simulation results, we can see that this design has the ability to quickly adjust lance height.
