In the process of pigsty management,the production efficiency of pregnant sows directly affects the economic efficiency of the pig farm.In order to further improve the breeding management level of pregnant sows,achieving precise feeding of pregnant sows and precise control of pregnancy pigsty environment,this paper developed a set of the pregnancy sow intelligent control system.The system mainly includes the intelligent feeding system of pregnant sows and the intelligent control system of pregnancy pigsty environment.The pregnancy sow intelligent feeding system formulates the feeding capacity according to the pregnancy days and sow backfat thickness which conforms to the growth law of sows,achieving the precision feeding of the pregnancy sow,slowing down the stress response caused by the supply difference of feeding quantity in stage,improving the feeding welfare level of the pregnancy sow;The intelligent control system of the pregnancy pigsty environment has established the intelligent control mechanism of pigsty environment based on the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm.It can reduce the deviation of temperature and humidity.Improve the accuracy of temperature and humidity control in pregnancy pigsty.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Establish feeding control model of pregnant sows based on fuzzy controller.This model builds a feeding quantity supply model by referring to the pregnancy stage of female pigs and the body condition of female pigs(body condition reference quantity,namely backfat thickness).Fuzzify the feeding capacity;the unclear physical pregnancy stage of pregnant sows and back fat thickness.By making rule statements,choosing fuzzy reasoning and clarifying methods,finally get a precise,rational feeding capacity supply model,and through the experiment verify the feasibility and rationality of the system.(2)Establish the model of environmental temperature and humidity control system of pregnant sows.By comparing and analyzing the simulation results of the fuzzy control algorithm,PID control algorithm and adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm applied to the temperature and humidity control system in pregnancy,the simulation results of the temperature and humidity control system of pregnancy pigsty are analyzed.Combined with the analysis of the system experimental data,the results were obtained that the intelligent control system of pregnancy pigsty based on the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm can effectively reduce the temperature and humidity deviation value and improve the control precision of the system.(3)Realize the intelligent control system hardware part of pregnant pig.The central processorof the lower machine uses the STM32 chip.The radio frequency module uses an FM RC522 chip of 13.56 MHz.Using four weighing sensors combined with HX711 digital mode conversion module to collect the weight information of pregnant sows,Use the Microsteper Driver to control the speed and rotation time of the 42 stepper motor to control the feeding amount.Use Zig Bee Wireless network communication technology to realize data communication.Use the AM2302 sensor for temperature and humidity information collection,and use the keil5 software tool to realize the lower computer control program.(4)Realize the intelligent control system software part of pregnant sows.Software implementation of intelligent control system for pregnant pigs.This paper USES the Visual Studio2015 software under Microsoft.NET Framework 4.7 frame to develop the system software,in which the upper computer program is written in a language,and the My SQL database is operated by using the My SQL Connector/Net driver.This system aimed at feeding management of pig sows and the environmental control of pigsty.We have integrated the pregnancy sows breeding management experience,developed the intelligent control system of pregnant sows.For the feeding of pregnant sows;the system is managed with precision feeding based on the difference of the pregnancy and the body condition.For the environment control of pregnancy pigsty.Based on the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm,the temperature and humidity control system of the pregnancy pigsty was improved to reduce the variation of temperature and humidity in the pigsty,and the temperature and humidity could be maintained in a reasonable and stable state.The pregnancy sow intelligent control system is made up of preliminary on pregnancy sow precision and intelligent breeding management,provide the technical support for precision farming animal husbandry management in our country,have a certain application value and market value.
