With the rapid developing and popularity of agricultural mechanization,the market demand of the agricultural machinery products, especially the grain combine harvester,increases year by year. The working performance of vibrating sieves mechanism,which is the cleaning mechanism of grain combine harvester, directly influences the impurity rate of grain that harvested by combine harvester.It is particularly significant to the development of agricultural mechanization to research the vibration sieve mechanism of combine harvester,so as to improve the screening performance of vibrating sieves.The JN4 LZ Crawler Combine Harvester Vibrating Sieves were studied as the object of this research.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of vibrating sieves was built and the virtual assembly was done by UG.Through the assemble sequence planning and interference checking, the design modifications to the original model can be done according to the interferences.Secondly,the motion of the vibrating sieves mechanism was simulated by ADAMS, the software of virtual prototype, under the work condition as real.The change rule of the sieves’ acceleration and amplitude were studied,and the movement of the thresh materials on the sieves was analyzed.Finally, the optimization design of vibrating sieves mechanism was carried out,the peak acceleration of the sieves was increased greatly,and the amplitudes after the optimization changes little.The screening performance of vibrating sieves was improved in this way,it has some influences on the optimization design and production of vibrating sieves.
