| Rice is one of the main food crops in our country, grow in many parts of China, especially in the south. Because of rugged terrain of southern mountainous terrain, large harvesting mechanical machine can’t be use widely in the region, that the region’s rice harvest mechanization degree is low. Based on the research of the existing rice harvesting machine, a small and semi feed rice combine is put forward to solve the problem that the mechanization degree is low in the south area and the problem of the large machinery can not be used.In order to make the machine suitable for mountain hilly area, the machine must realize miniaturization, lightweight. Cutting machine system is one of the most important parts in half feeding rice combine harvester, the design is good or bad is related to the quality directly. Cutting machine system is studied in this paper, the main research contents include:Firstly: Determine the overall scheme of cutting machine system. The minicomputer because of restricted by volume, its design cannot be the same in the design of the mainframe. Determine the cutters and help grain chain can be adjust independently, change the pressure point to realize feeding depth adjustment, the overall scheme of the motor driven rotary hetian sprocket;Secondly: Design a new type feeding depth adjusting device. The device realize feeding depth adjustment by changing the pressure point, changed the traditional conditioning complex structures. The device has been declare the patent for utility model;Thirdly: Motor drive and control system are designed. Because the cutting machine is level adjustment, take trouble to the power transmission. Motor drive, not only save the complex transmission system can realize speed regulation, obtain the best under the conditions of different harvest taking grain speed;Fourthly: The static and dynamic characteristics analysis of the framework. By using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench into the cutting frame has carried on the static and modal analysis, strength meet the requirements of the structure, at the same time frame natural frequency to avoid the external motivation, resonance will not occurfifthly: Using Solidworks to Cutting machine system for the 3d structure design is designed, and the parts for assembly.Finally: prototype production and field experiment, after processing components and assembly of the machine debugging and field test, the test shows that combine can work normally, rotary cutting machine system can pick up rice grain device, cutting device to cut quickly, conveyer conveying crops, neat can realize feeding depth adjustment.In the process of research, using the virtual design, 3d entity modeling, finite element analysis and other advanced design methods and means, will design experience in project design research is combined with computer technology, improve the design speed, shorten the design cycle, reduce the design cost. The results of the study to design suitable for the southern region of rice harvest machine has guiding significance, research on the design of similar products has important reference value. |
