Kiwifruit largely demand potassium, the shortage of potassium often cause kiwi fruit quality decline; pokeweed is a kind of common green manure which is a potassium enrichment plant. AMF can also infect kiwi and pokeweeed root, connecting the soil-pokeweed root- Kiwi root form a nutrient circulation. In this research,the One year seedling kiwifruit(Actinidia deliciosa) "Hayward" were potted in greenhouse.The experiment set 8 treatments,there are clean culture, clean culture and inoculated of glomus mosseae(Glomus mosseae, G.m), clean culture and inoculated of glomus intraradices(Glomus intraradices, G.i), clean culture and inoculated with themix of G.m and G.i, interplantedpokeweed, interplantedpokeweed with G.m inoculation, interplantedpokeweed with G.i inoculation, interplanted pokeweed with G.m and G.i inoculation.Random group arrangement, repeat 3 times. This paper studies the influence of different AMF(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi)inoculation under the condition of clean culture or pokeweed interplanted on the aspect ofseedling growth, mineral nutrition, photosynthesis, antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein and potassium nutrition transfer of kiwifruit.Comprehensive analysied the effect of AMF and intercropping of kiwifruit potassium absorption,the main results were as follows: 1.Effect of AMF and pokeweed on physiology and growth of kiwifruitAMF had a highe colonization rate on kiwi fruit, under the condition of clean culture the colonization rates of Glomus mosseae(G.m), Glomus intraradices(G.i), two glomus mixture mixed were: 53.02%, 38.74%, 37.80%. In the condition of Intercropping of Phytolacca acinosa under three kinds of AMF colonization rate respectively: 55.39%, 40.40%, 38.12%.In all above,the glomus mosseae have the highest infection rate. AMF in clean culture and intercropping of pokeweed can effectively improve the kiwi leaf area, the base of the trunk diameter, slightly basal diameter and plant dry weight. Under these conditions, the plants were dependent on mycorrhizal fungi in 28.8%~37.2%, and the contribution rate of mycorrhizal to growth was 22.4%~27.1%. 2.Effect of AMF and pokeweed on potassium absorption of kiwifruitIn AMF,the mineral elements of soil, kiwi fruit root and leaf were found that AMF inoculation of soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, total calcium, total magnesium content were decreased, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, available phosphorus, organic matter, conductivity were significantly increased; potassium, exchange of calcium, exchangeable magnesium decreased significantly. And the total potassium and available potassium in soils of pokeweed Intercropped reached a significant difference.At the same time, AMF can improve the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium in the leaves and roots of kiwifruit. The intercropping conditions significantly increased the content of potassium in leaves and roots, but the content of calcium and magnesium with clear culture conditions significantly decreased. 3.Effect of AMF and pokeweed on Photosynthesis of kiwifruitThe results show that the all the tree treatment of clean culture can improve the kiwi fruit leaf net photosynthetic rate(48.90%~66.94%) Stomatal conductance(19.32%~42.67%), transpiration rate(32.51~38.60%) and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content, reduce intercellular CO2 concentration(17.24%~22.76%) and chlorophyll a / b ratio. The effects of AMF on photosynthesis was significantly higher than control, and G.i has the most obvious effect. Under the condition of pokeweed intercropping, three kinds of AMF treatment effects had the similar trend with clean culture on photosynthesis, but difference was not significant. 4.Effect of AMF and pokeweed on antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment ability of kiwifruitWhether it is culture or intercropping, the AMF promoted protective enzyme system of kiwifruit leaves. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT), free proline(Pro) content was significantly higher than CK, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein also increased, effectively reducing the content of malondialdehyde(MDA).
