In this paper, the alfalfa as the research object, through the following several aspects of research on AMF coating and drip irrigation AMF spore solutions:(1) AM fungi, root nodule bacteria and Bacillus subtilis and different coating materials were used as the active components in the alfalfa seed surface, the safety of seed was determined by germination test.(2) Plant emergence rate, plant height, mycorrhizal infection rate, nodule number and biomass were measured in order to analyze the effect of AMF coating in pot experiments.(3) Using graphics of Suffer software drawing isoline maps of water, salt and AMF spores after drip irrigation of AM fungi spores after water.(4) The measurement of alfalfa plants included mycorrhizal infection rate, nodule number, sporulation performance and biomass and other indicators in 50 days after, to analyze the effect of different AMF drip irrigation. the main reached the following conclusions:1. Comparing with the control treatment, the coating carbonate calcium and talcum powder processing after the alfalfa germination rate, hard seed rate and germination index of no significant difference(P<0.05).The germination rate of diatomite was lower than that of control treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Gv, Gi, Gm and blank treatment.2. Comparing with the control treatment, the germination rate, plant height, branch number and biomass of the coated seeds were increased in different degrees, and the infection rate of the fungi was increased in outdoor pot experiment. There were no significant differences in dry matter yield, plant height and number of branches between the three treatments of different coating materials, calcium carbonate, diatomite and talc powder(P>0.05). The underground biomass and root length of Gi treated with calcium carbonate as coating materials were significantly larger than those of Gv and Gm(P<0.05), The mycorrhizal infection rate of diatomite and calcium carbonate treatment was higher than that of control treatment 19.59% and19.42% respectively. The infection rate of Gi treated by Gi was significantly higher than that of Gm and Gv treatment 74.93% and 30.74%(P<0.05) under the treatment of calcium carbonate, and the best effect was the combination of calcium carbonate and bacterial strain.3. The number of AMF spores in aqueous solution decreased with time, the surface soil water content was low and the deep soil water content was high before the drip irrigation, The uniform distribution of soil conductivity, the AM fungal spore mainly concentrated in the depth of 10~25 cm. Drip irrigation water, mostly concentrated in the distance of emitter around 30 cm depth, the water content is increased after irrigation. In the vicinity of the droplet, the salt is spread around, forming a salt high value area at 30~45cm.Spores are mainly concentrated in the distance from the emitter 0~25 cm, for a long distance of the humid area, the number of spores has a certain decline in the trend.4. On alfalfa irrigation strain GI promote dry matter(and underground), branch number, leaf chlorophyll content, plant height were significantly higher than that of the control 6.59% and 13.29% has the best effect, strain GI of drip irrigation alfalfa plants, 19.73% and 6.49%, 11.97%(P<0.05). At the same time, the number of root nodule bacteria, spore number and infection rate of Gi and Ge treatments were significantly higher than that of control treatment(P<0.05). The distance of drip irrigation had significant effect on the number of dry weight and spores in the plant(P<0.05). The interaction of different mycorrhizal fungi strains with drip irrigation distance and drip irrigation had no significant effect on the other indexes except for the infection rate, root nodule number and root length, but had no significant effect on the other indexes(P>0.05). The effect of drip irrigation with Gi bacteria on alfalfa was better.
