Seed pellet is an important way to improve grass seed.Seed pelleting is to attach fertilizer and pesticide on the seed surface without changing the original activity of the seed.The shape and size of some crops are irregular and small into uniform and regular pellets,which can increase the fluidity of the seeds,reduce the disease and insect pests,and improve the Mechanized Sowing performance.In order to solve the problem of low seed rate,low single seed rate and poor quality of pellet coating in the granulation coating of forage seed pellets,a kind of small grained forage seed pellet coating machine under the action of vibration force field was developed.Through the combined movement of vibration and rotation,the coating rate can be increased,and the qualified rate of pellets can be increased.The specific research contents are as follows:The movement state of the seed and powder in the coating pot is studied theoretically.The microscopic motion state and interaction between the solid material flow of the seed and the powder are analyzed by the micro angle of the powder engineering.It is of great significance to the study of the mixing and bonding between them.At the theoretical level,the relationship between impact and adhesion between powder and seeds is introduced.EDEM software was used to simulate and observe the mixing of seed and powder before and after vibration.A single factor controlled trial was designed,and the qualified rate of pellets was the experimental index.The results showed that the qualified rate of the pellets was 78.1%,and the qualified rate of the pellets without vibration was32.7%.The test also verified the effect of tilt angle on the qualified rate of pellets.The experiment shows that the pellet coating machine of forage seed can greatly improve the qualified rate of seed pellets and the quality of coating.The result of simulation analysis is proved.A pelleting system of Wheatgrass Seed pelletizing coating machine under vibration force field is designed to meet different requirements of vibration frequency,inclination and speed.Taking 100 grain weight and qualified rate of pellets as evaluation indexes,the influence of vibration frequency,dip angle and rotational speed was analyzed by two orthogonal orthogonal combination tests.Using Matlab software to verify and analyze.The reliability of the model is analyzed by using the decision coefficient R~2 and P value,and the response surface analysis is carried out.The results show that the inclination angle of the coating pot is 45 degrees to the surface of the pot mouth and the horizontal plane,the rotation speed of the coating pot is 45 r/min,The vibration intensity is 20%,the qualified rate of the pellets reaches 78%,the single seed rate is 95%,and the seed rate is 98%.A multi-stage dust removal system for Wheatgrass Seed pelletizing coating machine was designed,and the pesticide dust was collected by gravity,centrifugal force and bag dust removal principle respectively.The dust collector is analyzed by FLUENT software,and the change of wind speed is consistent with the design.The motion of dust particles under the action of centrifugal force of cone cylinder is simulated by EDEM software.The trajectory of dust particles is reasonable,and the simulation results are verified by dust test.The coating process was systematically optimized,orthogonal test was carried out,range analysis and optimal combination parameters were carried out,and the best coating process was finally determined.
