The new varieties of early-mature upland cotton xinluzao No.51 is breeded by cotton research institute technology xinjiang academy of agricultural and reclamation. It was registered as a new variety by Xinjiang Crop Committee( No.44,2011) and the National Crops Variety Approval Committee(2011012) in May 2011,the varieties is high yielding, fiber quality and morphological characteristics suitable for machine. The experiment was carried out in technology xinjiang academy of agricultural and reclamation estbed experiment object is xinluzao No.51, The leaves, buds, flowers, the bell of growth rule.Density and the ratio of suitable defoliant were analyzed and summarized by single plant observation, the effect of different ratio defoliant application, leaf area index of different density, light transmittance of group, the results of the study are as follows:(1)Leaves flattened slower in the process of leaf growth, the third leaf flattening speed is the slowest in the all leaves; there are no significant difference of coming into leaf from 4 to 10,the speed of coming into leaf rise steadily after 13 leaf. The rapid of growth of cotton height is increasing with the increase of blade before 11 leaves, the rapid of growth of cotton height start falling significantly with the increase of blade after 11 leaves. The plant height growth dynamics of cotton is a sensitive parameter for plant type dynamic change,it should be used as one of the major quantity index of high yield groups.(2)The breed takes11-12 true leaves of main stem leaf as nodes, the speed of budding and flattening of main stem changed, the relation of together growth of the bud of the first node and the main stem leaf of the same place is n-2.0-n+1.5(n: the age of main stem leaf),flowering of the first node and flattening of the main stem leaves of the same place are Steadily reduced. The relation of together growth of the flower of the first node and the main stem leaves of the same place is n-8.1~n-6.1(n: the age of main stem leaf)(3)The peak of the square abscission inside occurred about 10 days after topping, the budding outside has square abscission from budding to flowering stage, the boll abscission inside and outside start 5 days after topping and the abscission lasts about 30 days. The peak of the boll abscission intside occurred on July 19-30,the peak of the boll abscission outside occurred on July 25-August 6 and most of the boll abscission is yong boll.So increase the number of an upper mature cotton boll and the boll outside is key to high and stable yield.(4)The breed required effective accumulated temperature of ≥10℃is 61.7℃ when the germinating stage; the breed required effective accumulated temperature of ≥10℃ is 358.4℃ when the seedling stage; the breed required effective accumulated temperature of ≥10℃is 402.9℃ when the buddling stage; the breed required effective accumulated temperature of ≥10℃ is 863.5℃ when the bolling stage; cotton development stages is 111.7 days, the breed required all the effective accumulated temperature of ≥10℃ is 1624.9℃.(5) Yield of Xinluzao No.51 is higher when the density is 210000-240000 plants/hm-2,The leaf area index of full-boll stage keeps 3.7-4.1, It will be appropriate which the early stage of the boll opening is 2.7-3.2, The middle light transmittance full-boll stage keeps 0.059-0.097, boll opening period is 0.165-0.275; the lower part light transmittance full-boll stage keeps 0.038-0.053, It will be appropriate which the stage of the boll opening is 0.104-0.123.(6)Xinluzao No.51 is sensitive to ruituolong of 80%.There was no significant difference when the breed was used tuotulong and ruituolong of 80%. Different defoliant treatment has no effect on boll weight and lint...
