In this study, Sequenom and DNA sequencing technology were used to detect the polymorphisms of PDK1, Foxo3 and Akt3 gene which are associated with the growth traits of pig. In total 8 SNPs were detected, and the genetic structure, genetics effects of the SNPs on production performances were analyzed in a Yorkshire population. The results are as follows: 1.The Detection of Polymorphisms of PDK1 Gene and the Effects of the Polymorphisms on Production Performances3 SNPs of PDK1 gene were detected:T2262C,A6970C and G8149A, and the detected genotypes are CC,TT,TC;AA,CA;AA,AG,GG; respectively.Only T2262C was misssense mutation. To this site,both the corrected age of reaching 100kg (CA100) and the Backfat of TT were significantly higher than that of CT ((P<0.05, P<0.05)).2. The Detection of Polymorphisms of Foxo3 Gene and the Effects of the Polymorphisms on Production Performances3 SNPs of FoxO3 gene were detected:G82316A、T60086C and A64011G,and the detected genotypes are AA,AG,GG;TT,TC,CC;AA,AG,GG; respectively.To SNP G82316A, both the CA100 and the Backfat of AA are significantly higher than that of AG(P <0.05, P<0.05) and GG (P<0.05, P<0.05).To SNP T60086C, the CA100 and the Backfat of CC were higher than CT (P<0.05, P<0.05). The Corrected eye muscle area of reaching 100kg (CEMA100) of CC is significantly larger than CT (P <0.05) and TT (P<0.05).To 64011G, the Backfat of AG was significantly thinner than that of AG (P<0.05) and GG (P<0.05); the CA100 of AG was significantly lower than that of AG (P<0.05) and GG (P<0.05).3. The Detection of Polymorphisms of Akt3 Gene and the Effects of the Polymorphisms on Production Performances2 SNPs of Akt3 gene were detected:T206453G and A210280C, and the detected genotypes are TT,TG,GG and AA,AC,CC;respectively.To SNP T206453G, The CA100 of GG was significantly higher than that of TT (P<0.05). The BF of GG was significantly higher than that of TT (P<0.05).
