Orchard grass is a modern and sustainable development of the advanced orchard soil management model.The effects of greenhouse grass on soil fertility,leaf fruit quality,leaf quality and fruit quality of peach orchard were studied by planting clover(Trifolium)and triticale(Triticale).The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Planting clover and triticale can slow down the change of soil temperature,and the soil temperature decreases gradually with the increase of soil depth.The soil temperature at different depths in the grass-growing areas was lower than that in the morning,and higher than that in the afternoon when the soil temperature decreased.Raw grass can increase the soil moisture content of 0~20 cm and 20~40 soil layer,which is beneficial to alleviate summer drought and improve soil water storage and soil moisture conservation ability.(2)The content of organic matter,available nutrients,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in different soil layers were significantly increased by greenhouses.The effect of clover on nutrient content of 0~20 cm soil was obvious.The effect of triticale on the content of organic matter in20~40 cm soil layer was obvious.Raw grass can also significantly reduce the content of water-soluble total salt in different soil layers,significantly reduce the volume and mass of soil in different soil layers,increase the total porosity,increase the ratio of water to gas,and improve.(3)Interrow planting of triticale and clover can significantly promote the growth of peach leaves,increase leaf quality,increase chlorophyll content,enhance leaf photosynthesis,and benefit the accumulation of tree nutrients.Among them,planting triticale can promote peach leaves better.The nutrient content of leaves could be increased significantly by planting triticale between rows,and the total nitrogen and phosphorus content of peach leaves could be increased obviously.(4)Cross-planting clover significantly increased vitamin c content,soluble sugar content and soluble solids content in peach fruit and decreased chlorophyll content in pericarp.Interrow planting triticale significantly increased the longitudinal and transverse diameter of the fruit and decreased the fruit hardness.The measures can also increase the fruit setting rate of peach fruiting branches,increase the fruiting weight of peach fruit and increase the yield per unit area.(5)The results showed that chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content in leaves were the highest in triticale crown treatment.Compared with tillage,total nitrogen and phosphorus content in peach leaves were increased after crown reduction.Under the condition of crown reduction,the content of soluble sugar,capacitive solids and vitamin c was increased.Under the condition of no crown,the quality,specific leaf weight,nutrient content and soluble content of leaves were improved by interrow planting of triticale and clover sex sugar,soluble solids and vitamin c content.As a whole,the improvement effect of crown-shrinkage treatment was better than that of non-shrinkage treatment,and the flavor quality of fruit on main branch was higher than that on new shoot.
