This study in Hunan Province Changsha, Hunan, province Miluo City, Hubei Province sealing River, Hubei Province Huaihe, Yunnan Province Lijiang City, Jilin Province Songjianghe town a total of six regions, 13 Blueberry Cultivars as the research object. Since November may 2014 to 2015, through field investigation and indoor analysis combined soil and leaf nutrient element contents were measured, and analyzed the correlation of soil and leaf mineral nutrition elements content, in order to ascertain the blueberry orchard soil improvement before and after different mineral nutrient elements content and distribution, blueberry garden measuring formula fertilization by soil to provide theoretical and practical basis. Test results show that: Mineral nutrition has a direct impact on the yield of blueberry and quality, in order to understand China’s different regions of blueberry leaves and soil contains mineral nutrition, to explore different mineral nutrient elements between the relation and the change rule, this test in January may 2015 to 2016, sampling locations included in Hunan Province in Changsha, Hunan, province Miluo City, Hubei Province sealing River, Hubei Province Huaihe River, Yunnan Province Lijiang City, Jilin Province Songjianghe town a total of six regions, the collected species including Northland, Lan Feng, Brigitta, Marduk, soft, Polaris, the United States, Chippewa, Jersey, a total of 13 varieties Rego West, misty, Eugene O’Neill, patriot. Analysis of 9 mineral elements contained in soil and blueberry leaves, draw the following conclusions.1.Soil improvement, pH decreased, the content of organic matter increased, N, P, K, Fe, Zn content increased, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu content decreased. 2.The differences of mineral elements in different varieties of blueberry, the content of which up to N, P, soft K, Fe and Cu were significantly higher than that of other varieties. 3.Blueberry leaf mineral nutrition elements have certain antagonistic or role in promoting, in blueberry leaves between elements is extremely significant positive correlation with: n-k; was significantly negatively related to: N-Zn, mg Cu. 4.Blueberry soil and mineral elements of blueberry leaves within the same mineral nutrient elements showed a certain correlation, but the correlation was not significant.
