The Change Of Mineral Content Of Soil Grass In Different Regions Of Desert Grassland And The Evaluation Of Mineral Nutrition Level Of Shepherd

The purpose of this study was to obtain the seasonal dynamics and surplus and deficiency of minerals in the desert steppe of Sunite Right Banner,Xilin Gol League.Six major elements(CA,K,Mg,Na,s,P)and seven trace elements(Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Co,Mo,Se)in the soil pasture grazing sheep ecosystem were investigated in spring(mid June),summer(mid August)and winter(mid late November).It provides a scientific theoretical basis for reasonable mineral supplement of livestock in different seasons.The experimental results show that: 1The content of Na in winter was significantly higher than that in spring and summer(P < 0.05);The contents of K and P in soil were not significantly different with seasons.The contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,CO and Se in soil were not significantly different with seasons;The content of Cu in winter was significantly higher than that in spring and summer,while the content of Mo in winter was significantly lower than that in spring and summer.The contents of Na,K,P and Se in soil were in normal range;The content of Mn and Cu in the soil is in a state of deficiency;Fe and Mo in soil are in excess.With the change of season,the content of K in mixed forage decreased gradually,but the content of Mg,Na,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Co,Mo and se did not change significantly.The content of Na and Zn in forage was deficient;The contents of Mg,Fe,Cu,CO and Mo in herbage were in excess;The content of Mn in herbage is in normal state.The contents of K,Na,Cu,Mo and Se in serum of grazing sheep were the highest in winter.No matter which season,the levels of urea,bun and K in serum were excessive;Serum Ca,Mg and P were in normal range;Na,Zn,Cu,CO and Mo deficiency in serum;Fe in serum was in an excessive state.The contents of K and Mg in wool of grazing sheep were the highest in summer,the second in winter and the lowest in spring(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in s content in wool of grazing sheep with season.The contents of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu and CO in wool of grazing sheep were the highest in summer.There was no significant difference in Se content in wool of grazing sheep with season.No matter which season,the content of Mg,K,Mn and Fe in wool is excessive;The content of Zn in wool is normal;Cu in wool is deficient.The contents of K,Mg,Na,Co,Mo and Se in drinking water of grazing sheep were not significantly different with seasons.
