It is strict to the technology of cultivated land, cultivated quality and primary tillage equipment along with the rapid development of modern agriculture technology in our country. It not only requires the cultivated land block can meet the requirements of the growth of crops, but also reduce a series of problems, such as soil and water loss and soil fertility decline caused by plowland. Meanwhile, it should save energy and protect the environment as soon as possible. Tradition tillage methord and technology have been unable to meet the above requirements, so conservation tillage method should be taken to solve the problem.United soil preparation machine used to conservation tillage technology can complete subsoiling, rotary tillage, stubble, ridging at one time.Therefore, it guarantee the physical properties and mechanical properties of the soil itself effective, at the same time it also can promote the growth of crops and increase production.This paper put forward and designed a type of deep loosening, rotary tillage and ridging joint operation of the machinery modified by a single rotary cultivator in order to further explore the effect of structure and motion parameters of united soil preparation machine on power dissipation and quality of cultivated land. The subsoiler and ridger has been installed on the rotary cultivator frame in order to complete a number of field operations one-time. The deep soil has been ripped first, follow the surface soil has been broken and in the end the broken soil has been ridginged by united soil preparation machine. It can not only reduce the times of the machine into soil and ensure the performance of the soil, but also shorter working hours. Moreover, it is in favour of rob farming and good for the growth of crops and crop production.The rack, rotary parts, subsoiler and ridger have been selected and designed based on structure and mechanical design theory. The result of components and frame assembly to field a single experiment indicate that the unit speed is associated with a quadratic power consumption under a single deep loosening operation an a single ridging operation, the unit speed is linear correlated to the power under a single rotary tillage operation.Subsequently, parts of 3 d geometric model has been established by used CATIA and imported into ANSYS Workbench to proceed the mechanical simulation analysis. The result show that rack can bear the brunt of joint of external force. Finally, the result of data of field experiment of joint site preparation show that the power of united soil preparation machine is lowest and the broken rate of soil, ridge conditions meet requirements when the unit speed is 4 km/h, rotary knife roller speed is 300 r/min and the shape of subsoiler is scalpriform.The mathematical modelbetween power, broken rate of soil and unit speed, rotary knife roller speed, the shape of subsoiler has been reached respectively by regression analysis experimental data. According to the above model, the three element of unit speed, rotary knife roller speed and the shape of subsoiler have no quadratic term relationship with power. It has impact on power from the one degree term of unit speed and rotary knife roller speed, the interaction of unit speed and rotary knife roller speed, unit speed and the shape of subsoiler, rotary knife roller speed and the shape of subsoiler. It has negative correlation on power form the one degree term of unit speed, rotary knife roller speed, the shape of subsoiler, the interaction of unit speed and rotary knife roller speed, unit speed and the shape of subsoiler. It has positive correlation on power from rotary knife roller speed and the shape of subsoiler. The mathematical models of power and broken rate of soil when different shapes of subsoiler have been reached by regression analysis because there has quantitative factors in this experiment.The relationship between unit speed, rotary knife roller speed, the shape of subsoiler and power, broken rate of soil has been confirmed by building the mathematical model.It provides a theoretical support for further research on the joint structure and performance parameters of soil preparation machine.
