| With the development of the "Internet +Agriculture", the progress of modern agriculture has been accelerated, the traditional pattern of planting, breeding and processing has been Changed, that makes the development of agriculture more intensive, highly efficient and intelligent. Jilin province is the Deer Township in China, has a long history of deer farming. As the traditional feeding methods have been adopted for many years, the phenomena of low production, poor efficiency, unstable quality, and resources wasting has existed for a long time. The backward technology and equipment seriously restricts the rapid development of the deer industry in China. For giving full play to the advantages of the deer industry in Jilin Province,improving further the brand effect of deer products and the deer industry economy, carrying out smoothly the standardization of deer farming and deer products processing,it is very urgent to build a intelligent monitoring system for deer breeding based on wireless sensor network which is suitable for the rapid development of modern deer industry, intensive, efficient and sustainable.In this paper, analyzing the field breeding monitoring technology,combining with the wireless sensor network technology and micro control technology, we designed a digital farming system for Sika Deer. In this system, a ZigBee chip with the type of JN5168 is used as deer shed monitoring node of the main control chip,the environmental information is collected by integrating with temperature and humidity sensors, light illumination sensor and ammonia gas sensor, as well as the LED energy-saving lamp lighting, spray head and shade net are used as environmental control equipment. In order to realize the intelligent control of deer shed environment, a server software has been used as the data analysis and decision system. The related environmental data, which is collected by the monitoring node of the deer shed, can be transmitted to Ethernet Gateway through the WSN network, and then it can be transmitted to the server. According to the environmental parameters, the server sends out corresponding control instruction. Meanwhile the equipment included lights, shading nets and sprinklers can be regulated by the monitoring node after the server control instructions being received, which makes the deer house environment suitable, and improves the quality and yield of antler.In addition, in order to solve the problem that the level of the system design is not matched, a level conversion chip is used to realize the level conversion between the control chip and the external sensor. In order to meet the system’s demand for different power supply, using the voltage conversion chip to implement the function of multiple voltage power supply.Finally, the system has been tested on the function of network, acquisition and control, respectively. The test results show that the system is stable, reliable, easy to operate and maintain, and has a certain value of popularization and application. |
