Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis, belongs to the Trillaceae family Paris genus, as a kind of commonly used Chinese traditional medicine. This test is outside of room under the condition of potted, 28 kinds of AM fungi inoculation, with no inoculation fungi as contrast, study of AM fungi on Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis physiological indexes, four crucial kinds of polyphyllin, rhizosphere microorganism and rhizosphere soil enzyme activity, the influence of such indicators to provide technical basis for the artificial cultivation of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis. The main results were as follows:1. Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and AM fungi form a good symbiotic relationship. AM fungi on Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis root infection rate, infection intensity can regulate(increase or decrease) the role, Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis have a certain mutual selectivity with AM fungi. AM fungi enhanced Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis root succinate dehydrogenase(SDH) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity, it shows that AM fungi can improve Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis root viability.2. AM fungi have a discrepancy on Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis photosynthetic parameters and other physiological and biochemical indicators. AM fungi could increase the photosynthesis intensity of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis, improve the protection of activity, soluble protein and soluble sugar content and enhance the ability to resist yunnanensis to adverse external environment, improve the photosynthetic capacity of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis.3. AM fungi have a discrepancy on Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis root polyphyllins. AM fungi administration increased yunnanensis polyphyllin active ingredient content, but during the test did not cause polyphyllin quality variation, AM fungi can improve the quality of medicinal Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis.4. AM fungi on Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis on rhizosphere soil microbes, microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity in different. AM fungi administration reduces the number of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis rhizosphere soil culturable fungi, while the cultured bacteria, actinomycetes showing an increasing trend, and improve the rhizosphere microbial diversity index, microbial biomass carbon content, but also increased the protease, urease, phosphatase, catalase and invertase activity. Artificial cultivation, inoculated with AM fungi make Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis rhizosphere microorganisms from "Fungi" to "bacterial-type" conversion, high fertility to low fertility conversion, improve rhizosphere soil microbial diversity and enzyme activity, it helps to maintain Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis rhizosphere micro-ecosystem stability and harmony, thus promoting the growth of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis, and to improve the yield and quality.5. Considering the different AM fungi on plant physiological and biochemical indicators and polyphyllin content, it is recommended Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis artificial cultivation inoculation Racocetra coralloidea, Scutellospora calospora, Claroideoglomus claroideum, Scutellospora pellucida and Rhizophagus claru more appropriate, it is appropriate field when strain cultivation excellent alternative to promote the application.
