In this paper, we use the Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System(CNCPS) method to analyze dairy feed commonly used on beef farm,focusing on the carbohydrate component and the protein component.Then,we set up the nutrient ingredients basic database of beef’s feeds of Western Xinjiang Animal Husbandry. Using CNCPS models predict the growth of Angus cattle methionine requirement for Angus cattle growth performance.Besides, A feeding experiment was conducted to evaluate the coincidence of dry matter feed intake and average daily gain values predicted by CNCPS and observed actually. We establish Angus beef cattle growth dynamic nutritional requirement of energy, protein and amino acids with the CNCPS model. Perfe ct Angus beef cattle in the shortage of the nutritional needs of the local environment, implement the introduction of Angus beef cattle breeding management of scientific and reasonable.12 kinds of dairy feed commonly were collected from Western Xinjiang Animal Husbandry to analyze the conventional nutrients analysis with the classification methods researched of CNCPS. Using CNCPS model estimated the value of feed energy and metabolic proteins. According to information on cattle, selecting the same weight and body-month high close to Black Angus Bull 30,according to body weight were divided into groups:The control group(15) fed cattle diets; the experimental group(15) was fed with diets on rumen protected methionine 14 g·d-1.Results:(1)The concentrate(CA+CB1) content was the highest(87.4%), structural carbohydrate(CB2+CC) content was the lowest(13.60%);Wheat straw structural carbohydrate(CB2+CC) content was the highest(94.47%) and non-structural carbohydrates(CA+CB1) content was the lowest(5.53%);The NPN content of alfalfa hay was lowest(33.99%), true protein(PB1+PB2+PB3) content of alfalfa hay was the highest(77.32%).Grape stem true protein(PB1+PB2+PB3) content was the lowest(10.29%), but the content of PC was up to(68.49%);The TDN, DE, the ME, NEm, NEg and MP values of the concentrate were the highest; The TDN, DE, the ME, NEm, NEg and MP values of Wheat straw were the lowest.(2)The control group and the experimental group DMI were 86.7% and 86.7% of point falls within the 95% confidence interval; the control and experimental groups ADG were 80.0% and 73.3% of the points fall 95% confidence interval; predicted values of the two groups of cattle DMI and ADG with the observed values were not significantly different(P>0.05). By linear regression analysis, the control and experimental groups DMI observed and predicted values have a high correlation coefficient(0.892 9 and 0.812 1), the control and experimental groups ADG observed and predicted values have a high correlation coefficient(0.8622 and 0.765),with a high degree of similarity.(3)Each month age body weight difference and average daily gain were not significant(P>0.05) between experimental group and control group,the body weight and average daily gain of the experimental group was higher 2.25% and 5.19% than the control group;difference in body size index between the experimental group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05);compared with the control group,DM,NDF and ADF apparent digestibility of nutrients in the experimental group had more increased, but the difference was not significant; Apparent digestibility of CP was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)From both protein and carbohydrates more accurately assessed the nutritional value of roughage, to some extent reflect the nutrition characteristics, is of great significance to guide production.(2) CNCPS model is applied to forecast the Angus beef cattle DMI and ADG well, CNCPS model can be used in the production and construction corps in Angus cattle growth dynamic prediction of nutritional requirements.(3) Using CNCPS models predict Angus beef cattle methionine requirement 14 g·d-1, improve the growth of the Angus cattle feed utilization, promote the growth of the growth of the Angus cattle.According to the preliminary determination of feed nutrients, the measured temperature and humidity to zap housing and muddy degree, Angus beef cattle body condition scoring metrics, We establish Angus beef cattle growth dynamic nutritional requirement of energy, protein and amino acids with the CNCPS model. |
