Global warming has become an indisputable fact that, in this context of climate change on agricultural production, forestry, environment and affect people’s lives more and more, especially in the dry farming region is particularly prominent. Spring wheat as the main food crops in the Loess Plateau in Gansu, affected by climate change can not be ignored. In order to better cope with climate change the growth period of spring wheat on Loess Plateau in gansu, this article reveals the basic elements of climate interannual and decadal evolution characteristics as the main target, the use of 1971-2012 in Gansu Province 10 daily temperatures meteorological station, precipitation, sunshine duration data of meteorological factors using linear trend analysis, accumulative anomaly method, MATLAB wavelet cycle analysis and Mann-Kendall mutation analysis and other research methods, from the perspective of time and space, Spring Wheat in the Loess Plateau of Gansu climate change were analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Annual air temperature showed an upward trend in the region of Gansu, the trend coefficient is 0.26 ℃/10 a. The annual precipitation overall decreasing, the precipitation tendency rate was-3.4mm/10 a, experienced a rise drop during the process. Sunshine hours showed a decreasing trend, the climate tendency rate for-16.61h/10 a, especially 2004-2012 this 9 years decline significantly, annual sunshine hours in a cycle time.(2)Spring wheat growing period of climate change and climate change trend is different of Loess Plateau in Gansu. Whole growth period, jointing stage and filling stage showed a warming and drying trend; germination period of spring wheat area southeast to develop in the direction of the warm and humid, and northwest is to warm dry development direction; heading stage of spring wheat area southeast of warm dry tendency, the Northwest for the warm trend; flag leaf stage of spring wheat in the north for the warm trend, the southern for warming and drying trend; flowering stage of spring wheat in the present partition warm trend. During the whole growth period, germination stage, jointing and flag leaf stage sunshine are rising trend, heading and flowering period of sunshine hours decreased trend, sunshine during grain filling stage number of northern rising trend, southern a downward trend.(3)The period of spring wheat on Loess Plateau in Gansu and the mutation trend. During the whole growth period of spring wheat zone temperature exists 14-15 a periodic oscillation, and in 1996-1997 mutation; key growth period in addition to filling stage 1995 mutations outside, had no mutation. The existence of small periodic variation about 10 A precipitation in the whole growth period of spring wheat; but the amount of precipitation in the whole growth period and the key growth period and no mutation was detected obviously. The whole growth period of spring wheat in the sunshine hours in the 27 a cycle significantly, and sunshine hours during the whole growth period and key growth stage had no mutation.(4)At different growth stages of spring wheat climate change degree in the Loess Plateau of longzhong is different, the wheat growth development caused by the different effects. In the jointing stage of spring wheat, the tendency of warming and drying was obvious, and the degree of warm and dry in the South was greater than that in the north. This is not conducive to the development of the vegetative growth period of spring wheat. At grain filling stage, each partition has a significant warm dry, especially located north of Anding District and Huining warm dry degree is the largest, will have an adverse effect on wheat grain filling. As the spring wheat area in the north of the warming trend is obvious, the spring wheat region will move to the south, the future spring wheat area in the North may consider planting winter wheat.
