In recent years, with the advance of information technology in agriculture, more and more information technology is introduced into the agricultural production. How to achieve and maintain high yield goals of rice has become an important issue in the research of modern agriculture. Recently, with the development of Internet of things technology, the equipment of agricultural information collection, network transmission, information storage and the capacity of data processing has developed rapidly. The construction of monitoring system tends to mature, the degree of "remote", "intelligent" and "automatic" are improved. The coverage of the Internet of things monitoring equipment has expanded each year, making it possible to obtain the necessary basic data through the sensors to support the expert system to achieve intelligent decision making of intelligent decision.In this study, the expert system of rice high yield cultivation based on Internet of things was constructed, which using the computer simulation model and mathematical modeling method, the experiment data and management experience of high yield cultivation of rice in many years. Based on the environmental data, the growth and development of rice and the knowledge base of the expert system are combined to give the key stages of decision making. The main five aspects were studied, which include analysis of the data of field experiment, obtain environmental data and rice growth and development data between the quantitative relationship, to construct a simulation model for rice growth and development; use of networking equipment acquisition of field data; finish rice high yield cultivation expert system knowledge base; model bias correction and related algorithms; high yield cultivation expert system is constructed.By constructing a IOT of rice high yield cultivation expert system, in the system construction, the use of framework to solve the due to networking problems and real-time simulation system needs a large amount of data and for designing other types of expert system provides a reference, after nearly a year of use, expert system and various aspects of the operation are running well, which can accurately simulate the process of rice growth and give the decision-making scheme and provide guidance for practical production.
