With the rapid development of technology,the advancement of intelligence and globalization,the Internet of Things technology has been introduced into production and life.The agricultural Internet of Things is the product of combining the technology of the Internet of things with agriculture,and national policies are also supporting the research,promotion and application of the agricultural Internet of Things.As a typical application of Agricultural Internet of things,intelligent pest monitoring system can monitor the situation of diseases and pests in real time and efficiently.The development technology of the system is relatively mature.How to improve the success rate of the project by optimizing the development process of the project through project management,risk management and so on is a topic of concern.This paper studies the risk management of the project development process of the intelligent pest monitoring system.The risk factors existing in the development of pest and disease monitoring system are identified through the expert prediction method,mainly including four categories of external conditions,technology,project management and cost risk,and 12 categories of process and technology risk,human capital risk,quality risk and policy risk.According to the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to evaluate risk factors,it is concluded that the risk items importance sorting table,followed by demand change risk,technology risk,human resources risk,quality risk,business accomplishment and ability of business risk,decision-making risk,economic risk,cost risk,planning,the key technologies to realize uncertain risk,the deployment environment risk,policy risk.According to the ranking table of risk importance,risk coping strategies are obtained through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Project management risks can be avoided by standardizing management and strengthening technical literacy of personnel.Technical risk can be resolved by means of transfer or acceptance.External conditions risk,choose to shorten the development cycle and other ways to avoid or transfer.Optimize the management and other ways to reduce the cost,so as to avoid the risk of cost.In order to ensure the possibility of successful implementation of the project,we need to improve the risk response measures in the following aspects: improve staff risk awareness,improve staff technical support,improve quality assurance.
