At present, people pay close attention to the control of dissolved oxygen in Penaeus vannamei breeding process, aerator for large-scale aquaculture enterprises is essential, Aerobic technology is the main means to ensure its survival rate and quality as well as the environment of aquaculture waters. But the control system automation degree of existing aerator is not high and there are still a lot of problems, such as high power consumption. According to the size of the breeding scale, different control algorithms are designed. For small scale breeding ponds, the use of single aerator can meet the demand for water oxygen increasing, and then the paper designs the control algorithm for it. Firstly,the paper uses the PI control algorithm to manage the single aerator, and then improves it. For large-scale breeding systems, however, single aerator control is difficult to meet the breeding enterprise culture needs, so aerator cooperative control comes into being.Firstly, this article studies PI control of the single aerator, and designs linkage control and cooperative control two control of multi-aerator according to different farming scale, species, density and so on. Respectively designs the control algorithm,checking and adjusting the content of dissolved oxygen.The paper uses the control algorithm to finish prototype design of control system based on Texas Instruments MSP430F149 in Haifeng aquatic breeding base. Main work is as follows:1. Considering the limitations of the existing aerator’s automatic control algorithm, the paper design control algorithm for single aerator. For a single aerator,the paper adopts PID control algorithm to control the aerator.2. The paper designs the control algorithm of multi aerator based on the cluster,and establishes the rule base.3. On the basis of single aerator control, the paper manage the multi aerator through the oxygen aerator fuzzy logic algorithm.4. The paper Introduce the development environment and conditions, design aerator cooperative control prototype system, and carry out experiments.5. The paper designs collaborative control platform of multi aerators, lists theoutcome of multi aerator cooperative control, and discusses.6.This paper summarizes and prospects the research, summarizes the main resear ch results, prospects what the work needs to continue to improve or the main problem s need to be solved in the future.Under the premise of integrated aquaculture water quality real-time parameter、seasons and weather factors, etc. This article researches the automatic control model and technology of multi aerator, on this basis, develops intelligent multi aerator control system, then verifies it on the designed collaborative control platform. The results show that multi aerator collaboration could achieve more precise control and could measure the dissolved oxygen values in conformity with the actual values, the final oxygenation results meet dissolved oxygen values needed for the aquaculture environment. At the same time, avoids frequent shutdown, saving time and power.
