The Research On The Water Floating And Effervescent Dispersible Granules Of The New Pesticide Formulation

Water floating and effervescent dispersible granule is used in the paddy fields against diseases, pests and weeds, which is a kind of new pesticide formulation. It can float on the water surface and disperse by itself. The formulation can be packed with water-soluble film bag and put into the paddy fields. It is a kind of green and friendly pesticide new formulation for it saves time and labor force, avoids harm to farmer’s health and phytotoxicity to crops.Based on the traditional pesticide floating formulation, effervescent tablets and water dispersible granules theories, the theory of the water floating effervescent dispersible granule was studied, which is, the granule of the formulation can float on the water surface and dispersible by itself in order to control pests and diseases.Carrier stuffing, water-soluble carrier, binder, dispersing agent of the floating and effervescent dispersible granules are screened and optimized, and two different process methods are drawn by using acid-base dispersant and surfactant as dispersible agent separately, and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods are studied. Finally, surfactant is selected as dispersible agent and optimized prescription of the best formulation of the 5% fipronil (butane fipronil)·cartap floating and effervescent dispersible granule is obtained.The prescription contains :Fipronil (butane fipronil ):1%(pure content), cartap:4%(pure content), PVA:4.5%～5.5%, ZJ07:2%,KCL:35%～40%, the filler filled up to 100%.In the end, by using the theory of the surface charge and the dynamic interfacial tension, auto-dispersibliry of water floating effervescent dispersible granules is preliminarily discussed.
