With heat nourishing spleen, liver qi stagnation effect, used for blood deficiency and stagnation of the card are somewhat Huo.Danzhi Xiaoyao powder can improve insulin resistance, increasing the role of insulin sensitivity. Danzhi xiaoyao pills and Diane-35 for the treatment group; Diane-35 for the control group.Treat three menstrual cycles and than induct ovulation (with Letrozol With or without HMG), analysis Danzhi xiaoyao pills clinical mechanism.Results:1.Luteinizing hormone (LH),testosterone (T) after treatment decrease greatly(P <0.05),but the two groups not significant difference (P> 0.05).2.Take dan zhi xiaoyao pills improve most of the Chinese medicine sickness marquis of liver depression-fire type (P<0.05).3. PartⅡEffect and mechanical study of danzhi xiaoyao pills on improving uterine receptivity in model rat of gan yu huo re type of polycystic ovarian syndromeObjective:By set up rat modle of gan yu huo re type of polycystic ovarian syndrome.put to use scaning electron microscope(SEM) and fluoroimmunoassay for observe the expression of pinopodes,leukemia ihibitory factor(LIF) and integrinαvβ3 in per-implantation endometrium on rat modle.to study the change of uterine receptivity in rat modle of gan yu huo re type of PCOS after therapy with danzhi xiaoyao pills and geniposide.So as to discuss the treatment and mechanism of danzhi xiaoyao pills in treating of PCOS.Method:Thirty-six clearing class female SD rats divided into three groups:normal control group, PCOS group and solvent control group. Use of aromatase inhibitors (letrozole) and the tail clamp method the manufacture of animal model of anger.After rat model is manufactued success, all stop taking letrozole. The model group were randomly divided into Danzhi xiao yao pills treatment group, geniposide treatment group, model control group, and doing observed treatmentResults:1.The PCOS rat model which induced by letrozole showed similar endocrine features and morphology with human PCOS.2.The colour of Danzhi xiaoyao pills group and geniposide group is red.Under the microscope we can see many corpus luteum and levels of follicles,the cystic expansion of follicles reduced or disappeard, layer number of granulose cells are increased and can see occyte.3.The serum testosterone and LH in experimental group are obvious heighten than control group(P<0.05);compared with model group,the serum testosterone, FIN in Danzhi xiaoyao pills group and geniposide group are reduced(P<0.05),this showed that Danzhi xiaoyao pills and geniposide can improve PCOS rats the level of serum sex hormore.4. The expression of pinopodes on estrum endometrium in Danzhi xiaoyao pills group and geniposide group are more richness than model group.5. Compare to control group,the expression of LIF and integrinαⅴβ3 in Danzhi xiaoyao pills group and geniposide group are increase(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Letrozole-induced model in rats accord with the model of PCOS.2. Danzhi xiaoyao pills can improving uterine receptivity in rat modle of gan yu huo re type of PCOS.3. Danzhi xiaoyao pills improving uterine receptivity through refrom IR and recede androgen.4.The active ingredient of Danzhi xiaoyao pills improve uterine receptivity maybe the geniposide.
