Objective:The subject research the effect of Cangfu Daodan Decoction and combined with warming-needle moxibustion on Endometrial Receptivity in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of phlegm-dampness type.To observe the clinical effect of this treatment method,and provide the basis for clinical application.Methods:Select 60 cases of patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome line with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases were all.Case Acquisition Time:January,2018 to October,2018.The treatment group were gived Cangfu Daodan decoctione and warm acupuncture,while the control group were purely treated with Cangfu Daodan decoctione.Two groups were continuous treated three menstrual cycles,Observe the overall response,Endometrial receptivity score and the clinical situation of patients like phlegm-dampness type symptoms improvement before and after treatment,endometrial thickness,PI,Resistive index,pregnancy rate and so on.Results:①There was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores between the control group and the treatment group before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group.②After treatment.There was a very significant difference in the improvement of menstrual condition and stickiness in the treatment group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving abdominal distension,body obesity,sublingual and hirsutism(P>0.05).③There were no statistically significant differences in intima thickness,PI,RI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the improvement of RI after treatment(P<0.01),and between the two groups in improving intimal thickness and PI.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).④There was no difference in endometrial receptivity score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).⑤The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The abortion rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The treatment group has effect on patients with phlegm-dampness polycystic ovary syndrome.2.The endometrial receptivity score of the groups were improved compared,but there was no statistical comparison between the two groups.3.Both groups can improve the pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate by improving clinical symptoms and improving endometrial receptivity.The treatment group was better than the control group.
