Objective①Evalue radioactive iodine treat hyperthyroidism effect.②Assesshyperthyroidism conditions and related factors after treatment of radioactive iodine.③through to the possible factors analysis, find out the whole of curative effect and theoccurrence of hyperthyroidism praecox and related predictive factors.④summarizes andanalyzes the results to guide future clinical practice. Methods the first to choose180patients of Grave ’s with131I iodine therapy. Men in49cases, women in131cases, the male to female ratio is1:2.4. Age from22to71years old, mean age42.8111.02years old, the course from0.5monthsto30years, the average course3.983.42years. Before treatment discontinuation of all containing iodine food and drug4weeks. According to the nuclear medicine clinical operation technology norms, all pathientsneed thyroid function requirements set, thyroid suck iodine rate, thyroid SPECT/CTexamination and related inspection. All patients use formula calculation method to abtain131Idose, and to give the one-time drug resources. This group of patients the most often follow-uptime4years, the shortest observed more than a year. According to the curative, all patientsdivide into three groups, cure group (92cases), inducing group (33cases) and praecoxhypothyroidism. group (55cases). Evalue131I treatment the curative effect of Grave’s disease.Finishing the SPSS17.0software application and follow-up analysis praecox hypothyroidismwith age, sex, whether the course, with thyroid nodule, thyroid highest rate of131I suck, thyroid weight, total dose of131I, unit of131I and presence of thyroid dose of thyroid drugtherapy to the relationship between the factors.Results①180patients with clinical cure in79cases (43.9%),improved23cases(12.8%), recurrence3cases (1.7%), invalid in7patients (3.9%), praecox hypothyroidism53cases (30.6%), hypothyroidism13(7.2%),the total effective rate of131I treatment Grave ’s disease was94.4%.②Among of55patients with hypothyroidism,49cases occurred aftertreatment0-9months,15cases of thyroid hormone replacement therapy by exogenous afterback to normal,40cases were converted to permanent hypothyroidism.180patients after131Itreatment,4years later with53patients become permanent hypothyroidism, the incidence ofpermanent hypothyroidism was29.4%.③compare three groups of patients, the age, sex, whether the course, comorbid thyroid nodule, before treatment whether take of anti-thyroiddrugs, there were no significant difference (P﹥0.05); thyroid weight, thyroid highest suckiodine rate and unit thyroid131I dose have significant difference (P﹤0.05). With Wrepresents thyroid weight, R represents the highest perturbation iodine rate, P per gramrepresentative thyroid131I dose, the above three variables, the classification and number, aftermany factor analysis, and concludes that the regression equation: logic=5.65-0.584W-0.717R-0.882P-0,707X-0.682J, sig <0.05, explain thyroid weight, the highest rateper gram, taken iodine thyroid131I dose to add and subtract praecox can lead to the praecoxhypothyroidism.
