Objective Study comparing different dose rosuvastatin statins on patients with unstable angina PCI postoperative myocardial protective and therapeutic effects of inhibition of inflammatory response, so as to best clinical therapeutic dose, to provide a theoretical. Methods We studied unstable angina (UA) patients120cases. The patients were randomly divided into three groups. group A, atorvastatin Ting20mg/d; GrouB,rosuvastatin10mg/d; Group C, rosuvastatin20mg/d. All patients were performed routine preoperative tests (such as blood lipids, liver function). stents were underwent after three days.Peri-pheral blood samples were drawn to detect the levels of cTnI、CK-MB、hs-CRP at baseline、24hours、48hours after postope and1month blood lipids,live-r function levels.Results①The levels of CK-MB、cTnI with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference(P>0.05);24hours and48hours after stents implantation were higher than the baseline, groupA、groupBwas significantly higher than the groupC, and statistical difference was significant (P<0.05).②48hours after stents the levels of CK-MB、cTnI higher, but statistical difference was no significant(P>0.05).③The levels of hs-CRP in24hours、48hours after stents implantation were higher than the baseline;groupA、groupB was significantly higher than the groupC,and statistical difference was significant (P<0.05);④The levels of blood lipids(TC,TG and LDL-C) with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference(P>0.05);the levels of blood lipids(TC,TG and LDL-C) with three groups of patients decreased in1month after stents implantation, groupC was significantly lower than the groupA, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The levels of HDL-C with three groups of patients at baseline were no significant difference(P>0.05);the levels of HDL-C levels with three groups of patients increased in1month after stents implantation, groupC was significantly lower than groupA, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.UA patient after PCI therapy can cause myocardial injure and inflammato-ry reaction;2.The Rosuvastatin used three days before PCI can protection myocardial and concontrol the PCI-related inflammation, meanwhile larger doses do better3.For the same dose, rosuvastatin20mg reduce the levels of blood lipid more than atorvastatin20mg;4.For the same dose, Rosuvastatin20mg increase the levels of HDL-C more than atorvastatin20mg;5.Rosuvastatain could reduce inflammatory factor after perc-utaneous coronary intervention and improve endothelial function, which was connected with the doses, it was better in group20mg than that in the group10mg.
