Background:In recent years, despite the people’s living standards improve, due to the bad eating habits and a reduction in exercise, resulting in coronary heart disease(CHD), In particular, the morbidity of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) has increased year by year. It is reported that there is a cardiovascular disease in every five adults in the domestic urban population. The cause of UAP is based on the unstable plaques. This plaque Can cause myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, also easy to damage and rupture caused serious adverse events. Some scholars pointed out that the platelet activation and endothelial dysfunction is a key factor in the production of UAP. At present, studies have confirmed UAP patients not only have obvious tendency of thrombosis, there are obvious inflammatory reaction. But whether there is a link between the two, how to promote the inflammation of coronary artery plaque rupture injury, the pathological process is rarely reported by influencing the hypercoagulable state. Therefore, the purpose of this study is through the analysis of The effect of hsCRP on the level of PTS molecular marker and its variation, to explore the relationship both with UAP and interrelated, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical on unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Objective:To observe the levels and the correlation of hsCRP and PTS molecular markers in the patients with unstable angina pectoris, and to explore the changes of hsCRP and PTS molecular markers in the patients with UAP. and to explore the relation between hsCRP and PTS molecular markers from this, and whether they contribute to the formation of unstable angina. Methods:Selection on 144 patients with chest discomfort and suspected coronary heart disease were admitted to hospital From July 1, 2014 to October 1, 2015,All patients were examined by coronary angiography after admission. among them,59 patients were diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris(the group of unstable angina pectoris), 42 patients were diagnosed with coronary artery atherosclerosis(the group of coronary sclerosis), as well as 43 cases of normal person(control group). Then the levels of blood glucose, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, liver function, renal function, D-dimer, FIB, TpP, hsCRP and vWf in these groups were determined at second days after admission, the differences between the groups were compared and the correlation between hsCRP and PTS molecular markers was analyzed by Pearson linear correlation analysis. Results:(1)The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the group of unstable angina and the group of coronary sclerosis were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); The levels of TC and LDL-C in the group of coronary sclerosis were obviously higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The levels of hsCRP, vWF and D-dimer, fibrinogen(FIB), thrombus precursor protein(TPP) in the group of coronary sclerosis were obviously higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of hsCRP, vWF, D- dimer, FIB, and thrombus precursor protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05). Conclusion:(1) TC, TG, LDL-C may be the risk factors for the formation of coronary artery plaque, which is more significant in TC and LDL-C.(2)There are obvious variation of the levels of hsCRP and pre-thrombotic state molecular markers in patients with unstable angina pectoris, This indicates that there is a tendency of severe inflammation and thrombosis in patients with UAP, and the degree of the changes is closely related. This correlation may play an important role in the pathological process of unstable angina, and there is a certain clinical significance by detecting these two indexes to determine the severity of the disease in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
