| Objetive: To study the clinical features of the primary liver cancer in the Ningxia HuiAutonomous Region in patients with paraneoplastic syndrome, discuss the best treatmentscheme in the liver cancer syndrome, provide the clinical reference for the patients withparaneoplastic syndrome in Ningxia.Methods: Retrospective analysis of2002January--2011December in NingxiaMedical University general hospital patients, the preoperative diagnosis of primaryhepatocellular carcinoma, postoperative pathology confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma casescomplete data on552patients, male460cases, female92cases; the occurrence ofhepatocellular carcinoma with paraneoplastic syndrome in93cases,81cases of male in12cases, female. The medical record information into liver cancer syndrome associated withcancer and hepatocellular carcinoma with paraneoplastic syndrome group, comparing twogroups of patients, differences in clinical features. All data are used SPSS11.5statisticalsoftware, measurement data using x+s, t test; count data by using rate, χ2test.Results: The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region area of PNS with cancer incidence isaround16.85%, liver cancer syndrome associated with cancer patients appeared in an indexabnormalities in71cases (12.86%), there are two indexes abnormality in17cases (3.08%),more than two kinds of indexes abnormality in4cases (0.72%),1cases of hyperthyroidism;liver cancer with cancer syndrome group and non-syndrome associated with cancer inAFP,tumor diameter, portal cancerous thrombus, distant metastasis,TB,AST, GGT, there is significant difference.Conclusions: The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in patients with hepatocellularcarcinoma in patients with paraneoplastic syndrome in the middle level, liver cancersyndrome associated with cancer patients in an index abnormalities are more common,especially for hyperlipidemia. Operation is liver cancer syndrome associated with cancerpatients preferred treatment options, emphasizing operation treatment. |
