Objective To detect acute coronary syndrome patients with amino-terminal pro-brainnatriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) and high sensitivity C reactive protein (hsCRP)levels, and Associated with acute coronary syndrome, Follow-up the incidence of adversecardiovascular events, Explore joint index detection of NT-proBNP and hs CRPlevels,Correlation and prognostic evaluation of coronary artery disease study.Methods105cases of ACSpatients were divided into unstable angina pectoris (UA)group of36cases, on-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction group of32cases andST-segment elevation myocardial infarction group of37cases,30cases of hospitalizedpatients with non-coronary heart disease as the control group int he same period. Pumpingblood detection of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP concentrations within24hours after admission, the severity of coronary artery lesions with the pathological blood vessel count and Gensiniscore. and compare, Observe the selected occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events inpatients discharged from hospital after30days.Results ACS serum NT-proBNP and hs-CRP concentration and Gensini score wasobviously higher than Control group; hs-CRP concentration of STEMI group difference wasstatistically significant than the NSTEMI group and the UA group(P<0.05); hs-CRP levelswere no significant difference between the NSTEMI group and the UA group(P>0.05).Coronary lesions in the serum NT-proBNP level than the control group significantlyincreased(P<0.05); Blood NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels and Gensini score with the numberof disease increases. No statistical significance between hs-CRP levels and coronary vascular lesion count(P>0.05);Occurrence of MACE events in patients with NT-proBNP levels andhs-CRP levels were significantly higher than those without MACE events in patients withsignificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels and the degree of myocardial ischemia, coronary lesions and coronary artery disease correlated count. NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levelsmay predict ACS in patients with elevated cardiovascular events in recent.
