Objective To explore the effects of two hemostatic methods of surface of the woundin laparoscopic cystectomy for benign cyst of ovary on ovarian reserve function.MethodsSelect80patients who went to Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University fromOctober2010to October2011with indications of benign cyst of ovary, the surface of thewound in laparoscopic cystectomy was treated with two kinds of hemostaticmethods, including bipolar electrocoagulation and suture hemostasis,so the cases were dividedinto two groups:bipolar electrocoagulation group(group1,40cases)and suture hemostasisgroup(group2,40cases).All the cases were abstracted blood samples before treatment,and3months、6months after treatment to detect the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),lu-teinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol, and the amount of antral follicle showed by transvaginalultrasound(unmarried persons using transrectal ultrasound),and Ovarian stromal arteryvelocity of systolic peak(PSV),then the ovarian reserve function was assessed. Results Therewas no significant in levels of FSH、LH、E2、AFC、PSV before operation between group1and group2;both in group1and group2the levels of estradiol、PSVand AFC decreased, thelevels of FSH and LH increased at three month after operation, there was no difference ingroup1and group2(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of FSH、LH、E2、AFC、 PSV of group1between6months after treatment and before treatment. There wassignificant difference in levels of FSH and LH and E2and PSV before treatment and at6months after treatment(P<0.05),the AFC was no difference(P>0.05).There was significant difference in levels of FSH and LH and E2and PSV between group1and group2in6monthsafter treatment(P<0.05), the AFC was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The bipolarelectrocoagulation is more likely to decrease ovary reserve function than suture hemostasis ofsurface of the wound in laparoscopic cys-tectomy for benign cyst of ovary.
